Yeah, if you cream your pants for Broner mismatches - I'm sure it was a dandy.dajuggernaut wrote:Missed an exciting fight.

Re: Broner/Rees and undercard RBR.
Rees actually won the first two rounds and landed some decent shots in the third. It was the most competitive someone's been with Broner since Ponce.Blodhemn wrote:Don't see how anyone could actually sit and watch this joke of an event. Isn't Abril the WBA champ?SaadOffTheDeck wrote:He's merely a troll.SouthpawStephen wrote:And you call yourself a boxing fan.dajuggernaut wrote:His Top 5 wins, are 7 fights, oh ok.
Rees- world champ.
DeMarco- top of his division, world champ.
De Leon- Two division world champ.
Alvarado- not a world champ.
Abril- not a world champ
Murray- not a world champ
Antillion- not a world champ
Acosta- world champ
Lowther-![]()
Peterson- not a world champ.
So he beat a bunch of prospects. Not better than Broner.

Please homie. That Argentinian guy who was 4 ft tall won one of the first rounds too. Broner fights midgets who can't break an egg and lets them punch at him because it's harmless. Shit is a joke.crusader wrote:Rees actually won the first two rounds and landed some decent shots in the third. Ok, then don't watch. You seem to have a lot of interest in the round by round for something you don't care about.

Already beat you to it - didn't watch that shit.dajuggernaut wrote:Ok, then don't watch. You seem to have a lot of interest in the round by round for something you don't care about.
Re: Broner/Rees and undercard RBR.
The Argie won a round just by staying busy while Broner was inactive; he didn't land anything of note. Rees actually landed good shots and looked very much in the fight for the first 2.5 rounds.Blodhemn wrote:Please homie. That Argentinian guy who was 4 ft tall won one of the first rounds too. It was worth the watch imo, and I'm not a fan of either boxer.

Yet you're still posting in the thread about it. Man, I'd hate to see your post count on a fight you actually care about.Blodhemn wrote:Already beat you to it - didn't watch that shit.dajuggernaut wrote:Ok, then don't watch. Re: Broner/Rees and undercard RBR.
Listen to yourself. Rees was in the fight for 2 rounds... amazing. Everyone predicted a KO and that's what happened because you'd have to be braindead to think Rees had a shot.

I just baked a salmon and eating the shit out of it and feel like talking shit on this sport and it's pathetic matchmaking.dajuggernaut wrote:Yet you're still posting in the thread about it. Re: Broner/Rees and undercard RBR.
I wasn't expecting him to be competitive at all, so his early success made the fight quite watchable during those rounds, and Broner turning the offense on thereafter made the last few rounds watchable.Blodhemn wrote:Listen to yourself. It was worth the short time that it lasted imo.

Re: Broner/Rees and undercard RBR.
He's the interim champ, but the WBA still rates him as a contender. He was allowed to keep that title after the Rios fight, but I reckon that the fight with Bogere will be for the full title.

Re: Broner/Rees and undercard RBR.
You did the right thing. Shit was horrible. Rees winning two rounds is nothing. I could already tell he was fighting at an unsustainable pace, and lo and behold he was. After those first two, he started standing right in front of Broner with his hands pretty much tucked under his chin. His movement was already gone. LOL @ calling this competitive. Broner knew what he was doing. Rees did not.Blodhemn wrote:Already beat you to it - didn't watch that shit.dajuggernaut wrote:Ok, then don't watch.
