A wild swinging, and erratic punching George Foreman could have very well punched himself
out against an elusive and awkward Rudi Lubbers in 1974.
Toe-to-Toe, it's no contest. But, given the fact that George was an undisciplined puncher, and
Rudi proved that he could last against the bigger men by making himself 'small', it's not
unfathomable that it could have happened.
Both Joe Bugner and Muhammad Ali hit Rudi with everything they had late in the bout, and
each time Rudi took the punches, and came back.
I really had no opinion of the gentleman until you made him a cudgel to use against Muhammad Ali.Il Duce wrote:If I'm Not Mistaken,
You dislike.........Rudi Lubbers.
How about his line 'And thats a fact, Jack' after a particularly stupid post?Lenny Cravats wrote:What is more 'irritating', the 'hate' for Ali, or the 'constant' and 'improper' use of these little 'chaps' around 'almost' 'every' 'word'?
He claims to have served in the Vietnam War, if that is in fact true that would make him an old man rather than a kid.Giancarlo wrote:How about his line 'And thats a fact, Jack' after a particularly stupid post?Lenny Cravats wrote:What is more 'irritating', the 'hate' for Ali, or the 'constant' and 'improper' use of these little 'chaps' around 'almost' 'every' 'word'?
The poor kids obviously retarded; I just hope he gets some help before he wastes his whole life fantasising about 'Clay'.
He ought to get out and experience the joy of poontang rather than whacking off over pictures of obscure 60's fighters.

His experience of warfare is limited to playing Warhammer with a group of other fat spotty kids.
And that's a fact, Jack!

He rarely ever has a source for anything. I don't expect this will be any different.ThatOne wrote:His experience of warfare is limited to playing Warhammer with a group of other fat spotty kids.

This should be easy to prove. If he's a veteran he has two copies of his Honorable Discharge; one suitable for framing and one that is wallet size. I'm looking at my dad's Honorable Discharge from WW ll that I keep in my wallet right now.
If Il Bugiardo really served in Viet Nam let him copy it, download it, and post it with his name redacted.

Never seen before photo.

Could not knock-out Rudi Lubbers in his dreams, or real life.
Rudi took Muhammad to the..........Dutch Windmill for an 'ass-whipping'.

Did not lose every Round.
The 'first' real good Round that Muhammad Ali had was Round 7..........
I had it 9-1-2 in Rounds, but Rudi was 'competitive', for what he brought to the table.
Don't you think.........
