merchant was laughing to himself for no reason and Garcia was looking
like merchant's booze breath was killing him. even after they cut away

Garcia-Uchiyama would be a great fight. I think that would be a 50/50 fight.
I don't think Mikey will be that successful 1 more division up. I see Terence Crawford schooling Mikey, and I'd favour Miguel Vazquez and Yuriorkis Gamboa over him.

He was down on quite a few scorecards going into the 9th. He definitely didn't look to be in his best form, but it was still good enough to get the job done.

nah, he was just coasting, the moment he saw that the fight was running out of his control he just turned on a switch and went straight through darchinyan at the sound of the bell for round 9
