Should have been a standing 8. The ropes kept him up. That Rabbit punch was out of order.
Yeah I know, but what can you do in the heat of the moment. Pala just spotted an old friend in the crowd and decided to stop fighting!keithmoonhangover wrote:Should have been a standing 8. The ropes kept him up. That Rabbit punch was out of order.
Why would anyone want to fight Chisora on a Warren show. You would have to shoot him twice in chest and once in the head to get a draw.ThereByTheGrace wrote:Yeah I know, but what can you do in the heat of the moment. Chisora is not a 3 round fighter though; if he dipped for 3 rounds then he'd love the job v Price.keithmoonhangover wrote:Delboy is easy to hit. I'm not sure he could handle Price's power.
He's been caught in his last three fights. I think Price needs some rounds before he fights Delboy.palooka wrote:Chisora is not a 3 round fighter though; if he dipped for 3 rounds then he'd love the job v Price.keithmoonhangover wrote:Delboy is easy to hit. Price is now favourite again v Chisora without fighting?
My money is on a cracking fight though

With the fullest of respect David would be favourite 7 days a week against Dereck imorossij8 wrote:It's funny how things change

Na that wasnt the basic gist of it! Pala had actually landed a good right hand before that sequence. Anyway, Pala ends up spinning round like you can see and the ref stops itcrusader wrote:
I didn't see the fight. Was Pala in trouble before the part shown above? Does the referee know that you cannot punch someone in the back of the head?
Price could do some serious damage to Del Boy if he turned up like he did tonight.keithmoonhangover wrote:Delboy is easy to hit. I'm not sure he could handle Price's power.
You also can't turn your back on your opponent.crusader wrote:

To be fair though Horse, he didnt really turn his back. The right hand spun him off balance and into the ropes. He didnt intentionally turn his back.Horse wrote:You also can't turn your back on your opponent.crusader wrote:

I don't think he did so intentionally, but even if he did that doesn't make a punch to the back of the head legal. You also can't turn your back on your opponent.
I agree. To be fair though Horse, he didnt really turn his back. The right hand spun him off balance and into the ropes. He didnt intentionally turn his back.
Me too. Standing 8. Verbal warning for Del. Box on.crusader wrote:I agree. To be fair though Horse, he didnt really turn his back. The right hand spun him off balance and into the ropes. He didnt intentionally turn his back.
Chisora can fight over 4 rounds without blowing out of his hole.rossij8 wrote:It's funny how things change

He stood there with his back to Chisora like a dimwit though, it looked like he quit.columbo wrote:To be fair though Horse, he didnt really turn his back. The right hand spun him off balance and into the ropes. He didnt intentionally turn his back.
No. he got punched, the force of which turned him, he happened to be in the corner, which he fell into. He would have gone down if the ropes hadn't stopped him, so it should have been a standing 8 and Delboy should not have punched him on the back of the head. bad stoppage. You is wrong Horse.Horse wrote:He stood there with his back to Chisora like a dimwit though, it looked like he quit.columbo wrote:To be fair though Horse, he didnt really turn his back.
