I mean, can't they do the right thing for once? Everyone knows the IBF enforces their mandatories, Wlad has to fight Pulev, just as the WBC ruled that Stiverne has to fight Wilder next... And the two winners could then meet in early 2015 in a unification fight for ALL the belts... Why is this so difficult?

Yup, I missed both of those. I'm not able to be as rabid of a follower of schedules as I used to be.. Hard to keep track of these relative unknowns in the lower weight divisions.
