Saw it, seems like Stephen's another with ideas above his station, Joe Murray's a good fighter and he gave Liam Walsh a very close fight that could have gone either way, don't know why Smith sees him as being so far beneath him.columbo wrote:By the way did people see the twitter beef between Joe Murray and Stephen Smith yesterday?
He does, but how much has the two years out taken out of him?columbo wrote:Murray looks seriously pumped up!
It is half empty or less, they only opened half of it up.jameswilson wrote:Remember people saying they expected this bill to be at a half empty MEN?
Could of taken a lot or giving his body the rest it needed.Neil Gee wrote:He does, but how much has the two years out taken out of him?columbo wrote:Murray looks seriously pumped up!
murray is a good talent but last time I saw, was not punching with authority. whereas Stephen smith...anyone remember the buckland fight?expe wrote:Saw it, seems like Stephen's another with ideas above his station, Joe Murray's a good fighter and he gave Liam Walsh a very close fight that could have gone either way, don't know why Smith sees him as being so far beneath him.columbo wrote:By the way did people see the twitter beef between Joe Murray and Stephen Smith yesterday?
Love that anaylsis, Autobarn. That's how I see it.Autobarn wrote:fvcking hell, are they fighting today or tomorrow? I'm getting impatient.
I think there'll be great 2 way action. I can't see crolla staying with murray head to head - he's far too strong - but if crolla boxes within himself, uses his lighter feet to get in and then out, and mix in the hard shot now and again...he can make his mark later on, get that extra time and space, and if things go his way, try to start backing murray up.
In all seriousness any idea on what the max capacity is? The top tier is shut off isn't it?columbo wrote:Eddie says he'll pay ya laterjameswilson wrote:Remember people saying they expected this bill to be at a half empty MEN?
Exactly! And they know each other well so I can't see Crolla going crazy like he did against Mathews, so it will come down to how much Murray has left and we just can't know that (yet)columbo wrote:Could of taken a lot or giving his body the rest it needed.Neil Gee wrote:He does, but how much has the two years out taken out of him?columbo wrote:Murray looks seriously pumped up!
It's only half open.jameswilson wrote:Remember people saying they expected this bill to be at a half empty MEN?
crolla really has to be on it, though. he can't be too passive, he can't be too aggressive. he has to avoid too much contact, but he has to punch with conviction. just has to get that balance right. the last few fights, he's tried different things, and I think vs the aggressive murray, this is the time to put it all together.Neil Gee wrote:Love that anaylsis, Autobarn. He is doing okay, we expect the early rounds to be difficult, and yeah I have faith in Crolla rising to the occassion and putting it altogrther.Autobarn wrote:crolla really has to be on it, though. he can't be too passive, he can't be too aggressive. he has to avoid too much contact, but he has to punch with conviction. just has to get that balance right. the last few fights, he's tried different things, and I think vs the aggressive murray, this is the time to put it all together.Neil Gee wrote:Love that anaylsis, Autobarn.
