Perhaps interest in overseas stuff sways me but it's an easy tenner a month for me. Only thing that fucks me off is lack of HD on virgin.

Why would anyone have sympathy for Fury after the ridiculous disrespect he's given to the likes of Chisora, Haye, Lewis and Klitschko? He deserves nothing but bad luck.

allegedly is brilliant value for money. We get most of the top international cards included in the twelve pound a month, aswell as the 24/7 and all access programmes, 're runs of old classic fights and Warrens cards. In America you would pay 60 dollars for each ppv.

Compare that to sky sports which is considerably more expensive.

Personally I'll be cancelling Sky Sports next week. The amount of money they charge just isn't worth it. Some of Eddies cards are pretty good, but most are average, overhyped fighters against poor fighters, can guess who will every fight nine times out of ten. I know this is true for other promoters, but I find Matchroom cards are the worst for it. Also I cannot stand Jim Watt as a commentator.

If you are a boxing fan, and I presume anyone on here is, allegedly is fabulous value for money compared to the £70-odd quid I pay for Sky.
Yes, Sky is a multi-sports channel, but boxing is my favourite sport. And if the last Sky show in Liverpool is anything to go by, we are going back to a WWE style TV presentation, where for your huge subscription, the regular programming is just providing a build-up to their Pay-per-view shows.

The international fights are worth it alone. I couldnt really care about the domestic crap.

I also got a letter last week saying my Sky subscription is going up by £4 per month.

I'm seriously considering cancelling Sky Sports, been realising recently how little I watch of it apart from boxing.

Am a big football fan as well but end up missing a lot of games & I have a season ticket for my home team so I get my main football fix from that.

It's just not worth paying 20-25 odd quid a month for Matchroom cards stacked with mismatches, and Froch is basically PPV only anyway now so it costs extra again to watch him!

I'm a football and boxing fan probably in equal measure s Sky Sports can't go as I do watch loads of the Premiership stuff. I'm a massive British boxing fan, probably over and above the international stuff, I know that might not make sense to some but I was brought up on Friday Fight Night so I love the whole leisure centre/small hall scene and loved that Sky supported it back then. I was kind of hoping allegedly would take up that mantle as Sky have now just moved to the big arena shows with Fast Eddie, but they haven't really done that so far.

I'll stick with BN for now and see how it goes, £12 a month or whatever isn't huge money, I'm sure we all spend that on a few beers.

If Tyson and his uncle are that close, as it appears they are, that's fair enough.

I expect Fury will now fight Chisora in September, or whenever the rescheduled date it.

As unlucky as people think Fury is, I think of him careerwise as being very lucky. I think he has dodged some serious bullets so far with Price, Pulev, Haye and now Ustinov.

Sorry to sound harsh, but I've reflected on this overnight and I'm very unimpressed by a fighter pulling out on the day of the fight because his uncle is ill. No wonder Frank was so pissed off.

If it was his wife or son I'd say it was fair enough, but an uncle? Nope, very unprofessional of Fury imo. Hopefully this will teach him not to call other fighters cowards, considering he's got a far less legitimate reason for pulling out than Haye or Chisora did.

If this is as advertised - a pull out due to illness of his uncle then it shows him one thing - that sometimes situations happen that make it unwise to go through with a fight (unwise in your own opinion) and so you decide to not fight. I would say an injury is a lot more of a legit reason to pull out of a fight than an uncle being ill.

To be honest, makes his whole shouting about Haye and Chisora being pussies very hollow.
