For Coyle its a cash out, its the only real money fight for him as he's probably not above British Level so can see why he is doing it. For campbell its a lot of money for an easy fight.

Coyle done well to box himself back into that fight but its clear it was more to do with Gethin's non existent workrate

I don't see how to be honest but it takes all types to make a world! Campbell is respectful and humble where Coyle just engages his mouth before consulting his brain. I think he's good to watch but nowhere near the level of Luke Campbell.

Hearn might have damaged this fight with his irritating antics trying to force this fight down everyone's throat.

If Gethin had gone down in the same manner as Coyle did tonight, who else thinks the ref would've stopped it? Coyle is a good watch but very poor overall.

Coyle's not very poor, he's a decent contender at British title level.

He's overhyped by Sky, but he's got some ability.

In the context of a PPV fighter, he is very poor. That is my point. Coyle v Campbell is a one sided fight.

He has got some ability though - mainly the ability to hit the canvas like a sack of spuds against any domestic level opposition...

Sat in the Indian after being at the Hull Arena. We're all a bit deflated with the Tommy Coyle fight. It just all ended a bit too sudden.

I'd be interested to know the stats of how many 'draws' have taken place on Matchroom cards over the last couple of years. Seems to be the default result whenever the house fighter has clearly lost on points.

Campbell vs Coyle should have happened last summer, Luke would have won every round then and he'd do it even more clearly now. Hearn is wasting Luke's time. Letting Campbell box Brizuela's ears off was a shocking decision, showed that he's levels above Coyle.

The only reason the fight is happening in the first place is because Hearn wants to make a few quid out of Coyle. Campbell doesn't need him at all.
