I know, and have done live a few times. Just prefer to download for my daily commute. It's not a criticism if Steve's lurking, I've done pod's myself and know sh-t happens sometimes and it's a pain in the harris. The pod is by far my favourite boxing podcast.

Ben, our tech bod, uploads the pod to iTunes, I do the recording on the Sunday and he takes over from there. He has been having a few issues with the RSS feed apparently but is working on it. It's a pain in the arse cause the last few have gone up in full Monday morning which is great.
