Yep. One of the best fights I've ever seen period. In fact you've brought up an interesting topic that I think I'll make a thread of.

Check out Carrasquilla/Hwan. Never gave you a list, but that fight is insane.

Salvador Sanchez win over the great Wilfredo Gomez is one of the best boxing performances I have ever seen at 126lbs in my lifetime. I just can't see on that night a featherweight on Earth beating him.

Other great wins at featherweight:
Alexis Arguello WTKO13 Ruben Olivares
Willie Pep W15 Sandy Saddler (II)
Vicente Saldivar WTKO12 Sugar Ramos

The great Wilfredo Gomez had the two best wins of his career at super bantamweight:
WTKO4 Carlos Zarate
WTKO14 Lupe Pintor

The Zarate fight was his finest hour. The Pintor fight was his gutsiest performance ever.

Other great wins st 122lbs in my view:
Marco Antonio Barrera WTKO12 Kennedy McKinney
Erik Morales W12 Marco Antonio Barrera (I)
Satchan Chatchawal vs Mashiar Monshipour...One of the 3 best fights that I have ever seen alongside Leonard vs Hearns I and Chacon vs Bazooka Limon IV. See it, very great fight!

My scorecard for the first fight is one that I'm embarrassed about.
In a epic close fight I tend to favour Barrera in the close rounds and my scorecard always reads wider than it should.

I had the 1st fight 115-112 for Barrera when I watch it, but it should be 115-113 as the knockdown called in the 12th wasn't legit.

Jack Johnson beating Jim Jeffries... Everybody was against him. People were flicking lit cigarettes at his back... A wonder he got out of there alive.

Max Schmeling knocking out Joe Louis... He was a 10/1 underdog, but he had a plan and stuck with it. HIs countered Louis's jab to perfection.

Vasyl Lomachenko beating superb undefeated boxer Gary Russell, 24-0, for the World Featherweight Title in only his 3rd professional fight.

Buster Douglas beating undefeated and undisputed Heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson as a 42-1 underdog.

Hasim Rahman beating overwhelming favorite Lennox Lewis with one loaded right-hander that hit pay-dirt.

George Foreman... seemingly out-boxed and soundly beaten... catching Michael Moorer with his last KO punch -- and the only one he threw in his last 7 fights.

James Toney... behind on all scorecards against the highly favored 36-0 Michael Nunn.. unleashes a savage 11th round assault to capture the Middleweight Title

Bantamweight

Got to really think about this one, but for openers

Fighting Harada WSD 15 Eder Jofre (1965)

The scorecards of all three judges were ridiculous. Harada beat an alltime great and it wasn't even close.

An Aussie battler called Jeff Harding pulled off a fairy tale WBC world title win back in 1989 against Dennis Andries in Atlantic City. Harding was behind and finished Andries in the 12th and final round.

Few wins could match that one for excitement and emotion.
