I think he cares about making this his payday. If he said "he's got a lot of power and I'm not very good. I plan to turn up to get payed then fold like a cheap deckchair in the first round", he'd get no money.

Looking at the new IBF rankings- I think Joshua's next defence after this fight (if he gets one in before a unification bout or just has a break until next year) will be either Price (who's looking to cash out at this point) or Miller, another unbeaten American prospect which will be good for Joshua's new Showtime deal.

It will be Eric Molina I reckon.

Breazeale seems a bit soft to me, there don't seem like there is any conviction in his comments about what he is going to do against Joshua, I think Joshua can sense it, hence his more aggressive approach.

Plus Breazeale has never looked impressive anytime I've seen him fight. I do give him credit for breaking Mansour's jaw though and coming back to win a fight he was losing.

He didn't break his jaw. Mansour bit through his own tongue.

Ouch! I didn't know what the reason was for the stoppage I assumed it was a broken jaw, but I knew it was some sort of injury. I don't really know why Mansour would've packed it in off of that. I mean that's gonna keep hurting the same whether you're fighting or not.

If I remember correctly it was early in the fight too, before he knocked Breazeale down. He had a cold too so he really couldn't breath. I believe he had to get a lot of stitches. A really odd end to a fight.

Yeah I was disappointed by the ending. I was rooting for Mansour.

Me too. Mansours story is pretty touching. I hope he continues to get some paydays before he has to call it quits.

I'm still convinced that Martin is better than Breazeale. Breazeale might end up being a bit tougher but that's about it.

I find myself not watching as many Ifl tv interviews anymore. Even though there's different personalities its gotten a little repetitive for me.
I quite like Marcos Villegas who is the reporter for fighthub I think or spam. I've forgotten which one.

didn't make it through the interview myself, Joshua doesn't seem to possess much in terms of personality and I think the latest Gloves Are Off is a major reflection of that. Nelson aimed 80% of the interview at Breazeale and AJ just came out with the same old stuff...

Let's be frank, it's not exactly Parkinson is it. It's not like there's many probing questions being asked - that's why they are repetitive, because it's the same questions all the time.
