Fight of the year followed by dullest fight of the year, right after each other. You can really say that without exaggerating.

Well that fight sucked, although Hughie still did a much better job than Breazeale did.

Nope Hughie won by technical decison after getting cut from an accidental head clash

Thank the lord that got stopped early,it really killed the mood in the arena,Hughie's just too laid back to be entertaining,he has got skills and i know he's young but he's far too one paced for me,i gave Kassi 1 round but he was shite too

Liam Walsh looked good beating Joe Murray.

What a weird ending to a fight. I think a couple of rules were broken.
Terry O'connor didn't call the cut an accidental head clash when it happened so he clearly thought it was from a punch. Hughie starts to fade and his eye start getting worse. Kassi starts to come on. I was thinking Kassi has a great chance to win this fight.
Then Terry O'connor stops the fight. Did he even call in the doctor? If he did, the doctor must have been 8 feet away. Terry O'connor called the fight off not the doctor. He then rules after he's stopped the fight. That the cut was caused by an accidental head clash.
British boxing is unbelievably corrupt.

The doctor was clearly there by the ropes, and it was my understanding the ref calls off fights under advice from the doctor.

Did the doctor even take a look at it? Hughie seems miles away from the doctor.

I hope Hughie is regularly AIDS tested. Seriously though. Is someone is cut and one of those pustules burst, there is a strong possibility of blood to blood infection...

Liam Walsh fight was a cracker. Would have him as very competitive against Luke Campbell, probably the winner.
