Do you think Tyson is scared of Wlad? After Dusseldorf.....

Yes. ge gas everything to lose and his performance vs an old injured Wlad was atrocious. He ducked Price. He ducked Ustinov. He ducked a drugs test. Now he's ducking the rematch.... but let's blame "the jews", halfwit.

Seriously though Ricky_ who are you? What have you done to call a heavyweight boxer, battling with long term mental health issues, a coward?

The heavyweight division becomes more and more irrelevant as the years pass by.
I'd like to say I'm surprised by this but people on here have been saying that it was unlikely he'd ever fight again the day after winning the belts.
The only people I feel sorry for in this saga are those who have bought tickets and been screwed over. If fury wasn't in the right frame of mind, why fornicate fans over again on big ticket administration fees and travel & hotels.
This fiasco puts me off buying tickets for fights

But do you understand at all why some people dislike him or why a lot of the stuff the complain about is of their own doing?

You must be one of those hordes of David Price fans who thought he would batter Tyson. You were wrong then and you're wrong about it all kid, just accept it and move on. Tyson Fury is scared of Price Wlad and Ustinov, thanks I needed a good laugh .....
By the way Wlad wasn't injured, and unless he's got a time machine he's even older now, so which is it, is Tyson ducking Wlad or is Wlad old/"injured"?? Or do you just have an excuse to cover every outcome, because you cannot bear that Tyson Fury is the Undisputed Lineal World Heavyweight Champion.I can tell you can't, it hurts you that the fighter you hate is so successful and you've been shown up.
You and your ilk are bottom feeders who will never give Tyson Fury the credit he deserves, you always will have some line even if he beat Wlad again, Joshua Wilder, you'd be saying the Division is crap.
YOU are the coward NOT Tyson
I know it, you know it and everyone on here knows it
Now run along

blah blah blah Price was unbeaten and Fury handed him the belts and fought a 40 year old taxi driver instead.

The post he was responding to claiming it was all a Jewish/Zionist conspiracy has no place on a boxing forum.

i've never lied about having a serious mental health issue to avoid a contractual obligation, costing people money in flights, hotel bookings etc. That good enough for you?

I don't think that Tyson Fury is scared of Vlad, after all he fought and beat Vlad, when everything was against him, but I do think that Tyson has issues with Authority, issues with the media and is defensive about his Gypsy roots. Tyson likes to fight, but hates everything that goes with it, reminds me of Leon Spinks, after he had shocked the world and beat Ali, they gave him some terrible stick, labeled him unintelligent, ugly, lacking personality, they even questioned if he was suitable to represent America as the world heavyweight champion, the same way as they have questioned Tyson Fury. I could guarantee, that if David Price had gone to Germany and won the Heavyweight title, when he was at the top of his game, it would have been a different story with the Media, though Tyson has not helped himself by going against the grain, to give the Media what they want.

That's not far from the mark Anzi
Fury can deal with the fighting but was wholly unprepared for the fame, intense media scrutiny or all the wider business/financial pressures.
I think a great deal of the swagger/bravado we have seen is precisely because he is out of his comfort zone; it is a false confidence that disguises the harsh fact that Tyson hates this situation and is not well-equipped to deal with it.
The swagger might sometimes be funny, cocky and articulate - and it is often convincing - but it is still, essentially disguises an insecurity.
I really do wish the Fury family would look for outside advice and help - it would make Tyson's life easier in so many ways - but they have stubbornly refused this expertise and Tyson has fallen into any number of avoidable traps.
That first post Wlad fight UK press conference was a case in point; Tyson and Peter turning victory into defeat and making the whole 'celebration' look bitter and strange. A wholly needless 'us against everyone else' diatribe at the precise moment there was some much goodwill for Tyson.
They're are boxing smart but that's not enough....Tyson needs advice and counsel to keep the pressure off someone who is already vulnerable.
