Hardest call of the Tournament so far.

It's not an absolute guarantee that Gassiev is going to get by Wlodarczyk so I'll be watching that with interest. I'll have a better idea of how I expect Dorticos vs Gassiev to go (if it's still going that is) after seeing that one.

wasnt that the ref that was to old and slow to jump in when eggington ko Rodriguez, sam was bashing him and it looked like rodriguez was out of it,ref was too slow to jump in , sam went on to flawed ko Rodriguez big time

Terrible fight I had Briedis winning 115-113 but I had it on mute so had no idea how it was being perceived I just knew it was shite, too much spoiling, both guys who I thought were decent technichians looked one dimentional and bored, both guys deducted points for questionable fouls but probably should've been DQ anyway for being dogshit, Briedis finished in control but still looked awful

Prescott (sic) didn't look that great. Can't see him going past next round

Terrible referee - Briedis could have quite easily lost more points. The holding and pulling down needed nipping in the bud.

A frustrating fight to watch.

How does such a poor referee even get to work world championship fights? He looked clueless half the time.

I don't think Mike has been the same fighter since the tragic event back in 2013.

Gonna give this fight a miss going off what I have heard.

I watched the whole of it, but don't really know why I bothered. Very reminiscent of Kirkland Laing v Patrizio Oliva (although at least the rounds in Breidis v Perez seemed to be three minutes long) - local fighter doing a jab-and-grab routine with some headlocks in for good measure, referee letting it all go, and away fighter getting really frustrated. And taking a point in round 10 is no mitigation - far too late to change the pattern of the fight. I really rated Breidis before this, but this fight has changed my opinion a fair bit. And a shame for Latvia's first ever world title fight to be quite so poor.

Was there ... atmosphere was bloody brilliant ... thoroughly enjoyed myself
