Obviously he learned his lesson on exerting his energy against Wilder

Make sure you see the last two rounds
:yay:
Did yu score it?
Yes, had it level going into the last round. Like the unmolseted judge had it.

Ortiz definitely was so rational on purpose. He gotta be able to reserve his stamina in bigger fights.

You do not want to cross Kauffman on the street. Dude is iron. Ortiz just kept chopping. He did land some clean shots that would have stopped most.

Ortiz deserves another good payday in my opinion.

Me and Gil also had it even. A few on here think having it even before that round was stupid.

Ortiz kept working the whole fight. Kauffman was awkward, shelled up and nails. I think Naz was counting on Ortiz slowing, which he never did.

My only criticism of Ortiz is his lack of investment in the body.

I thought Kauffman would've made Ortiz look bad. Ortiz looked a lot better than I imagined.

True. Cuz when he did go for the body, he did damage.

Hurd v Welborn rd 1 = Welborn moves forward Hurd on back foot. Hurd goes jabbing. Welborn throwing. Mostly missing. Close rd but I give it to Welborn on agressiveness. Nobody landed much.

10-9 Welborn

Hurd might have used the first round to feel Welborns power/game plan.

He’s stabbing his jab here in round 2. Very strong jab.

Welborn doing well here. Just a typical British fighter though. He can box. Just doesn’t carry respectable power.

Rd 2 = Hurd comes out poping jab and moving forward. Welborn does some good work but Hurd edges him here.

10-9 Hurd

Hurd has an excellent jab!

Welborn was busier.

2-0

Closet round though. Could have gone either way.
