depends who you consider top 15, i think for example that hed beat christain hammer who has an argument for being top 15. either way i think your running a risk with him matching him vs anyone whose even a half legit contender
i do think he would batter charr for the regular though, and thats the route he should go

Problem is, Charr would probably "pee his pants" if
'Juggernaut' Joe's name is mentioned as an opponent.
