By the end of the year they will be shoving every sh*tty matchup at you as PPV. Then take January off again.

Exactly, they’ll still charge PPV on top of the increased monthly cost. As a value for money proposition, it’s the worst streaming option by absolute miles. They’ve been haemorrhaging money and their only remedy seems to be increasing the price despite having virtually zero content. Anyone who keeps it going must have a lot more money than sense.

I wonder how much perceived value true boxing fans get per year when one month has a youtuber match, another has Katie headlining, and a month off with nothing, and maybe one month with Canelo as PPV, with Joshua /Whyte the next as PPV.
The £99.99 still seems like good value?

Got an email from Dazn , inviting me to subscribe again after cancelling TWICE , saying exciting fights coming up , couple of womens fights ,, they forgot i emaile them told them ts rubbish that here in OZ we don't get a lot of the fights and when we do there ppv ,, they must think were stupid , won't be getting my money again

I had it for months and months and watched like 5 fights.. got rid of it, for couple months but then got it back for some card recently. It’s fuking crook.
I’m very very close to redeleting it, I like the Callum smith undercard, Ramirez vs rosado is fun, AJ vs Franklin, I might hold out till after Franklin AJ, but ultimently I know I should delete it.
The value just isn’t there and that’s why I hate these subscription things, they trick you into it…. And in the time iv wrote this iv realised fornicate dazn and am unsubbing right now…

I managed to get my Sky package including Sky Sports for £59 pm that includes multi room.
DAZN are charging nearly 33% of what I already pay and that doesn’t include PPV, in addition they
Do not have a football contract.
Another bombshell is I am willing to bet that DAZN will charge a ridiculous prices for future PPV and that will be their final nail in their coffin.
Eddie & DAZN only chance of survival is if they win a football package when bidding is due.
I will say again DAZN are doomed

£9.99 per month is pretty good value imho
DAZN know the streaming niche is the way to go. Whether they stay the course or get swallowed up down the line. This business model is here to stay.

They can give Edwards some big fights and I think signing Catterall would be partially to get back against Boxxer.

This is spectacular. Now, Rugby Union does have an issue in the game, but at international level, are the viewing figures horrendous? And yet people listen to a man who promotes a minority sport.
The English RFU on its own matches the financial turnover of the whole Matchroom Sport operation, and that's before you get into the clubs, and the other UK rfus.
