tim boxed well, controlled the fight and landed without problem against the supposedly much slicker boxer. very very strong, albeit once paced
his timing is good too

Zoo did great. Far better than I thought. Not the same Harrison that fought Charlo, but he's a very tricky fighter nonetheless. Zoo really needs a better jab game, though.
Re: Tim Tszyu vs. Tony Harrison | Showtime - March 11, 2023
As expected, Tszyu destroyed Tony.
Re: Tim Tszyu vs. Tony Harrison | Showtime - March 11, 2023
He actually did turn it up in round nine just like he said in the final press conference, when does that actually happen?

a decent number of people thought tony would beat him tbf, but tim battered him and controlled the fight, he's legit

Re: Tim Tszyu vs. Tony Harrison | Showtime - March 11, 2023
That was one of the latest stops iv ever seen… the fact he counted after is outrageous…
tony froze like pricey vs pov, then coped 4 overhand rights, then got on the ropes and wore 5 uppercuts, took a quick snooze on the top rope, hit the ground, and refs giving a count hahah. Got up to be fair but geezus Christ should of been stopped 5 punches ago.
Tony’s corner waiting for him to die, ref bet on the fight to go the distance, and crowd got a spectacle

It was strange, that some believed in Tony's credibility.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 01:30 a decent number of people thought tony would beat him tbf, but tim battered him and controlled the fight, he's legit

Re: Tim Tszyu vs. Tony Harrison | Showtime - March 11, 2023
Harrison stopped throwing right hands early when Tszyu was countering him with the lunging left hook.
That fight went no way like I thought it would
I thought Harrison would school Tim for at least 4 rounds..
And yet I only gave Harrison two rounds the whole fight.
Tszyu's final barrage included a quadruple left upoercut

Tszyu picked his punches well, not convinced he’s got enough for Charlo though …
Re: Tim Tszyu vs. Tony Harrison | Showtime - March 11, 2023
Tszyu will win Charlo.

I dont think charlo fights him next for some reason. Will happen bit not next. Tim will have another tough tune i think

He just stopped a top guy, why would he delay undisputed. Unless charlo decides to duck him…watsupdoc87 wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 01:42 I dont think charlo fights him next for some reason. Will happen bit not next. Tim will have another tough tune i think![]()

Charlo will say he needs a tune up, and effectively duck him.gregregegg wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 01:45He just stopped a top guy, why would he delay undisputed. He was a bit quiet on the comms. He could see Tony getting hit almost at will, and Charlo has less movement than Tony in my view.

Just my opinion but i don't think charlo wants this fight just now. Still wants to suss tim out a bit first. As i said just my opinion mategregregegg wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 01:45He just stopped a top guy, why would he delay undisputed. Re: Tim Tszyu vs. Tony Harrison | Showtime - March 11, 2023
If ge cannot get Charlo next, Castano would be a good one.
If he managed to do the same as he did with Harrison but earlier, Charlo will be mumbling about moving up

Re: Tim Tszyu vs. Tony Harrison | Showtime - March 11, 2023
charlo would be dumb to wait any longer..........he's older, less fresh, and tim showed significant improvement..........pushing it back again is more likely to favour tim
but tbh i dont think charlo is intending to do that, i expect it to happen next. charlo hasnt ducked anyone and has immediately rematched his loss and draw, i dont think he lacks confidence.

Do you think Tszyu is his best opponent besides the less shopworn Harrison?margaret thatcher wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 01:58 charlo would be dumb to wait any longer..........he's older, less fresh, and tim showed significant improvement..........pushing it back again is more likely to favour tim
