It's a good thing that Eubank is in denial as it will boost his confidence.

If a fighter as a negative mindset going into a fight it is already lost.

Half the battle when you are fighting is convincing yourself that you will win.

Having your head right is often more important than your physical shape.

Not many but I’d also imagine it’d be a lot less than he’d have got either for the initial planned Benn fight or with a big site fee plus PPV I’m Abu Dhabi.

Eddie’s on one at the moment with Boxxer after the Okolie/Buatsi stuff. He’s an upfront prick with what he says. Bit like Warren is. I want to like Shalom but I’m finding it tough. I think he’s trying too hard to come across a certain way yet is coming across to me quite insincere with it.

I’m really starting to like George Warren. Seems a straight shooter and no-nonsense and is the only who’s actually trying to lead promoter discussions it seems.

I’d be surprised if the Abu Dhabi stuff was complete rubbish but ultimately who knows. The Wilder/Ruiz was never going to happen as Wilder refuses to work with Eddie. Shame about Beterbiev/Bivol - would have been the only place to make the fight I think. It’s also a shame that it’s looking like Bivol will be sitting out 10 months.

Who does Conor Benn fight now?

Hearn already admitted that his return was more likely to get pushed back to late June (originally planned for June 3), but with Eubank now fighting Smith, and Manny Pacquiao confirming he's returning in an exhibition in June, where does Benn go?

Surely he won't be fighting Pacquiao in an exhibition? Kell Brook?

Maybe but reminds me of Haye when he fought Bellew... 'just underestimated him, Achilles went' etc.

Same. Don't mind Francis but George seems to have his head properly screwed on.

Unless he’s going into Bare Knuckle or some kind of unlicensed boxing, Connor won’t be fighting anybody for the forceable future.

I hope CEJ isn’t still being trained by Roy Jones. He needs someone that can tell him him to beat smith not someone who wants to morph someone into him. If CEJ does the same thing he’s done. Don’t think Jones can change him, in fact he’s gone down hill since being trained by RJJ

I don't usually buy them , because i simply don't think a lot are worth the money i enjoyed the last one while it lasted so looking forward to this one and i will buy it would'nt want a stream going down half way through ,, its a good fight

I don't see the PPV value in this fight at all. I didn't in the first either.

Two none title holders fighting under the PPV banner after the first fight was as conclusive as it was doesn't bode well for the sort of fights you are going to get on SKY PPV in the future. Looks desperate to me.

Lap it up at a cost to your wallet.

It's somewhat already the end for him in my opinion. Takes some blinders from a big punching SM in Groves without too much trouble but is completely gone from career LM and spiteful but not a huge puncher in Smith.

He's at the end of the road and cashing in. Shame though I feel the Eubank who fought Yildirim and Groves would have had the beating of the likes of Smith. He used to plant his feet and do very well against come forward types.
