Not sure if it's been mentioned, but apparently it's biggest purse ever for a British title fight
Not surprised considering where the money is coming from.
Its also the cheapest purse between 2 British fighters in Saudi

Never really rated Adeleye, expect Wardley to win this one without much problems.

This fight has been fuelled by the sheer annoyingness of Adeleye. When he opens his mouth you just want to slap him

I think Adeleye has conducted himself poorly throughout and hoping Wardley wins. I think he will too. Deffo the highlight fight for me.
I have Wardley a strong favourite for this, BBBofC officials will make it a much closer affair.
hahaaha excellent point

Me too and Adeleye managed to deal with the knockdown embarrassingly by sticking his tongue out, which made him look pathetic, then pushing the ref after the stoppage. He will have earned himself a fine. He has made himself look cringe, a how not to of how to conduct yourself on the main stage.
Let's hope he learns from it.

Looked like Adeleye had quite a bad cut/s on his tongue.

Saw in an interview Queensbury has signed Sol Dacres so either that will be Wardley's next fight or Dacres will get a shot at the vacant title. Wardley may get good money to fight Frazer Clarke and end that run too.

Sokolowski beat Adeleye really clearly. That should have been focused on more in the pre fight. I suppose it was factored in by the bookies

wardley doing fantastic for a guy with 4 white collars and nothing more. i have kept expecting him to lose but he's carried on a nice win streak. on the door of the top 15

He seems to have a big punch, is relaxed in the ring and has a decent workrate too. He’s also shown in a couple of fights the ability to bite down on his gumshield and pull out a win which is a big positive for him.
He’s massively wide open at times though so I think the first time he fights a good boxer with a decent chin and engine he might struggle.

He was on a fight by fight with them. Sol Dacres was as well and has now signed with Queensbury, understandably as Wardley is there now.
The lure of these Saudi nights will be tough to turn down for these heavyweights and good luck to them.
Think someone said elsewhere Wardley v Adeleye was the highest paid British title fight. Didn’t AJ get more than a million vs Whyte and Whyte got around 250k I may be out with what the rumours were (obviously none of us will know for certain.) So good fu cking luck to them. Take the money and secure your future now.

Happy for Wardley, controlled the fight - comes across a very level headed guy and has shown fair improvements considering his well documented lack of amateur background, quite like his feints and seems to keep his composure even when he's been clipped.

agree, left Adeleye looking foolish and classless, sticking his tongue out when he was banjoed, and then pushing the ref for a fair stoppage. He has had a 'mare with it.

I’m racking my brains as to why Frazer Clarke was there. Boxxer were willing to pull him out vs Wardley. Everybody knows that was because Shalom does not want him fighting on a rival platform having invested money in him.
Surely if he’s made mandatory it will be the same given how difficult it can be to win purse bids from the challenger side?

he took adeles best left hooks without any effect so isnt chinny tho I doubt davison wants to see that going forward

Maybe Clarke wants some of that Saudi cash ? He's not doing anything stuck on Boxxer/SKY

Wardley didn't look special, just an explosive big strong type of a fighter, but Adeleye is quite poor. I remember Adeleye being whooped by Soko. No surprise Wardley KOed this guy.

Soko did beat him definitely. Although as it transpires, whilst being juiced to the gills.
It is nice to see Adelete quietened.

Suddenly Clarke is making noise, get in the queue and take another warm up!
Wardley is the champ and can pick and choose
