No, AJ can get beat up as many times as he likes and will still be favoured by his cult. Fury lost two tight ones to Usyk (one a split) and he's useless...

It’s gonna look ridiculous on the Netflix Fury show. Both looked physically dreadful. Wach looked like a melting ice cream cone. Fury looked like a man who lost 20 stone in 6 months with stretch marks all over the place.

Anyone know when the show is coming out on Netflix?

It will look great. Remember what they did with The Contender. It was Hagler v Hearns every week.

They're both well past it.

If AJ wins quick tomorrow he still hasn't had a decent test/match up in 4 or so years.

If he struggles then he's obviously well down the slippery slope.

AJ is damaged goods in more than one way while Fury is just a prick who was really good at boxing.

Both Fury and Joshua have left it too late to fight each other.
Of course it will go ahead. They might have lost their skills but not their greed.

Prenga has only one loss and have 100% KO ratio. B and C class oponents, but at least he is slaughtering them.
Wach is 3-7 in his last 10 fights, looked like a no-hoper in many of them

Prenga is 35 years old, probably still at his prime
Wach is 46 years old, at least 10 years past prime, at least 40 lbs overweight

Prenga number 35 at HW
Wach number 280 at HW

Joshua - Prenga has somewhat decent undercard fights
Fury - Wach has literally one of worst worst undercard i have ever saw
To be fair, Fury’s bout against Wach wasn’t broadcast, it was a sparring session orchestrated to provide content for his Netflix show, whereby all proceeds from the event were donated to charity, with Tyson donating his entire purse to the Father Ray Foundation in Thailand.

In stark contrast, AJ’s bout against Prenga is a £19.99 DAZN PPV.

Joshua’s opponent boasts a heavily padded resume, similar to Mark de Mori — having faced 21 opponents who, combined, have failed to win 180 fights.

His only defeat came against Giovanni Auriemma, an Italian journeyman, with an appalling record, having won just two of his ten bouts.

Is the Joshua-Prenga bout PPV worthy?

Fury dominated old man Wach, hes not anywhere near as mobile or fluid as he used to be on his legs but still had a decent output, switched stances and played with him, Wach just a big solid lump and took a load of stinging shots without being visibly hurt but by round 6 Fury was putting more combinations together and getting him on the ropes, nothing eye catching but you could see Wach was knackered by end of round 7 and bailed

We've seen Fury put in a similar performance against Pianeta then go and leather Wilder a couple times, doesn't mean much tbh

reading some of the extreme comments on X, i feel many are putting too much importance on what was essentially a move about with an old mate. It will have done fury good to get a few rounds in, same as it will AJ. Many people are saying he looked laboured, but fighting in that heat with no threat is gonna encourage that. basically, nothing to see here.
