Overall, gotta go with Lennox.
But split up into decades I would go with:
80's-Tyson
90's-Lewis
00's-Not really sure. I'll go with Lewis again.

I'd say:
- early 80s Larry Holmes,
- late 80s Tyson,
- early 90s unclear (Tyson in prison, Holyfield, Lewis, Bowe all with important wins but also important losses),
- late 90s largely Holyfield,
- 2000s Lewis (changing of the guards in 99).
Overall Lewis narrowly ahead of Tyson and Holyfield.
