I watched Bermane Stivernes' fight with Areola a year ago, and frankly I think the guy can whack. Deontay Wilder hasn't beaten anyone world class, but you don't stop all thirty of your opponents with 17 of them coming in the first round unless you can punch to some degree. I certainly wouldn't call that being feather fisted. Wlad has always been a big hitter. His tendency to take men the distance or into the later rounds has more to do with stylistic issues these days rather than weather or not he possesses power. He certainly didn't have a problem knocking guys out before Steward had him pecking his way to wins with his jab. So no. I don't agree that today's heavyweight division is completely void of hard hitters.

hardest hitting 'one-punch' Heavyweight out there. I mean a true 'one-punch' Knockout Artist."

"John Tate is a good kid, but he's no match for this South African. Joe Frazier was going to make a
comeback against Knoetze after he knocked out his fighter {Duane Bobick} last year. But I told Joe
that he was crazy to take on this guy. He's too big {6' 1" and 225 lbs.}, and would destroy Joe.
Knoetze is like a Monster-sized Rocky Marciano."
I remember an article in Boxing Illustrated comparing him to Marciano. I was a kid, but even then it only took me a few minutes to realize he was overrated.

Yes I agree that Stiverne has proven his power.
