Bloody hell Looks like Mick will be the only one watching the Netflix series. Pretty brutal how the people have turned on him following his fake Joshua and Usyk call outs. The Knitting Circle membership grows larger day by day...(These are just a few comments. I didn't want to take up page after page).

Last night I watched the first two episodes of the new Fury Netflix series.

My main takeaways:

1. He has a great support network around him
2..Has a happy home life and enjoys where he lives.
3. Is very personable with fans
4. Has a bright, lively mind
5. Wants to retire from boxing but doesn't want to give up that discipline and purpose.
6. I think the ambition has left him post Wilder fights but he still wants to be active, so these strange sort of non fights he is having now, suit this stage of his life.

And that kind of explains why he has gone from someone happy to jump into the ring with Wilder to facing faded Chisora's and the Ngannou's of the world.

I don't think we will ever see Fury vs Uysk. Disappointing from a fans and sport perspective but, equally, no point taking dangerous fights if your heart is not fully in it. He has a very happy life outside of boxing and that is more important than anything.

Fury is only 1/10 for this fight. Surely worth a couple of grand to top up the holiday fund?

No those are your chances vs Fury.
He isn't as confident as he portrays or he wouldn't be ducking Usyk.

I understand that Ngannou wanted to be a boxer first, but with his getting a late start he was advised to go the direction of MMA instead where he could become the heavyweight champion. We know what he did in the UFC but there was still a learning curve involved as he lost the first fight to Miocic before becoming more well-rounded and avenging the loss in the rematch.
