Chasing a fight against 45 year old Pacquiao it would seem and for some of the Saudi cash.

I think this is what will happen, especially now Pac can't fight at the Olympics (he was targeting it but they won't lower the age ceiling any more)

Benn will definitely get a big fight, outside of the UK, if he does well enough he might get more fights.
I'd guess that PAC and Brook still have too much for him, I think Eubank would go through him, obviously the Crawford's and Haney are different levels.
All would generate money and be a good cash out for all involved.
I think plan A would be to get Khan out of retirement and then a harder fight.
Two big fights and everyone gets paid well.
