I thought the fight could've been scored either way. Dirrell showed excellent footspeed and handspeed, but unfortunately we saw alot more of his footspeed than his handspeed, he was boringly negative from start to finish, it reminded me of Hopkins' performance against Calzaghe in certain ways.

I think a lot of you need to watch the fight again.

Dirrell was average at best and did nothing but grapple and hold.

IM STARTING TO GET PISSED OFF WITH PEOPLE THINKING THAT IF YOU SCORED IT TO FROCH YOUR AN IDIOT AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BOXING , BOLLOCKS , THERE WAS NO DOUBT IN MY MIND AT THE FINAL BELL THAT FROCH HAD WON IT , EVERYONE AROUND ME WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR IT WAS A SPLIT DECISION .
NOW ON THE OTHER SIDE MAYBE ON TV IT WAS EASIER TO SEE FROCH NOT LANDING MANY OF HIS PUNCHES BUT NEITHER ME OR ANY OF THE CROWD AT THE FIGHT HAD THE BENEFIT OF TVS AND THERFOR NEITHER WOULD THE JUDGES HAVE , THEY WOULD JUDGE WHAT THEY SAW , THE SAME AS MYSELF , WHICH WAS A COMFORTABLE FROCH WIN , IF IT LOOKED DIFFERENT ON TV IT DOESNT MAKE IT A ROBBERRY AS THE JUDGES KNEW NO DIFFERENT . I HAD FROCH 4 ROUNDS UP AND I HOLD THAT STATEMENT , AND YES I DO KNOW HOW TO SCORE A FIGHT , I PROMOTE MYSELF AND WOULD BE USELESS IF I DIDNT KNOW HOW TO SCORE IT .

Regardless mate, he was better than Froch. He hit Froch, and Froch couldn't hit him.

Every home fighter has decisions go his way Calzaghe, Hatton etc etc. It's part of the game. Saturday night was Froch's turn. Big deal.

It's a shame that Froch won't learn/listen because unless he starts to it'll be a painful night in Copenhagen.

As opposed to Froch who looked everybit the Hagler/Hearns/Leonard conquerer that he said he would have been

any talk of Froch being finished is extremely silly. He clearly struggled against an opponent as fast and fleeting as Direll, and has shown some serious limitations, but is this anything we hadn't suspected before?

he did land some meaty shots last 3 rounds (from what i remember) but he also seemed to lsoe his legs at least once, i had it close and thought it would be a split or a draw whilst i waited for the result to be named
