Larry looked much improved, showed a decent defence there. Now he's got that tricky first fight back out of the way, he can give it a real shot this year. Make or break.

Rawling tried a couple of lame jokes about Larry serving time, which showed a lack of class. Enzo put him right though.

If this ruling has been changed, they should probably consider updating the rules of boxing they have on their website.

From memory, the rule came in effective January 2011. So had the fight happened three weeks later, yes, he would have kept his belt.

Fair dos. Do you know how they went about informing licence holders of the change? Like I say, the rules on their website do not concur with what your piece sets out; which may help explain away the confusion.

Also, the rule hasn't been enforced - I bet my dinner money that tonights fight was the first time the rule has been enforced.

Are you serious? He was lunging in and turning his head away as he jabbed. Thought that was a shocker, not impressed with his defensive skills either. He even said after he'd sparred better.

So, according to your article in July the 2010 - the law wasn't imminent?
