What I'm getting at? I think I stated a while back "Haye may have a fragile body" or in fact he may not actually know how to look after himself in the lead up to the fight considering both of the bouts have been pulled in the week of the fight he seemingly needs to change something.

In fact with his hand injury against Charr coming "in training" you'd have assumed he'd have taken extra precautions this time around...

This is the reason boxers should fight more often and keep active, even against lesser opposition. When Haye recovers he would have been out of the ring for a long time.

Eventim will make a tidy packet if they do not refund money, sure there are a few overheads to cover, ticket printing sales etc phone calls. but they still should come out with a nice handful of my fkucing cash!

It is normal for the last sparring session to be a week a before the fight!! But to be sparring full on is another question. Really the last week should be light sparring more sharpening up. No matter what way you look on it this isn't very professional and Haye has previous. Cuts happen I just hope it was genuine. Fury v Chisora 2 is a bigger fight than Fury v Wilder in my opinion

It is a shame; I was looking forward to the bout, both men will be out of pocket and a lot of very hard work wasted; those ticket firms must have some clout! The man in the kiosk is the most powerful man in world boxing, who'd have thought it?

Looking at the picture of the cut, it looks like a clash of heads, as there is a large bump above the eye, maybe the headguard had slipped upwards and the heads came together.

Tyson is bound to be angry. Imagine having millions within touching distance only for it to be taken away. He's not daft, look at Price, you can be on the cusp one minute and nowhere the next.

Having slept on it, his uncle now appears to be talking the Haye fight up again. I'd be very wary about taking a fight in the interim unless the Haye fight is locked and loaded irrespective of the outcome. In addition, it probably wouldn't be wise to fight the first puncher of his career as the stop-gap either.

As aden said, it's easy to imagine Tyson and his camp being very angry and upset - the big fights and big money do not come around very often. I think it'll get rescheduled - probably around Christmas - not too far off so the fight is still in the minds of fans.

This is from someone on a footy forum, but he's a big boxing fan, think he posts on ESB or check hook and huge Haye fan, in the past he's said Haye was better than Lennox Lewis, would beat Klitschko etc He's been at every fight back before Mormeck and he said "I hope to god the real story comes out" as a response to someone who asked if he did it himself "I'm pretty sure all will be revealed. He really is going to look a grade 1 pudendum" and "All will become apparent in the next weeks/months"
