Joshua has improved so much from the early amateur fights. He is the ultimate heavyweight. He looks so much better than Bruno or Lewis at the same time
Re: Official boxrec RBR thread - Manchester and Mayweather cards
Good opening round but I don't think much of this match. The opponent is too small.
Re: Official boxrec RBR thread - Manchester and Mayweather cards
Mute time, Jim Watts on the glue again, that was a tight round.

Just wait for Jones creaming his pants over Mayweather later....gazzman87 wrote:Mute time, Jim Watts on the glue again, that was a tight round.

Who's the girl in the pink next to Macklin? She's rather distracting...

Kamikaze Belgian!
Re: Official boxrec RBR thread - Manchester and Mayweather cards
If Jamoye was a natural for this weight and carried his power up this would be interesting. At the moment it seems like he doesnt hit hard enough at this weight.
Re: Official boxrec RBR thread - Manchester and Mayweather cards
Quigg wouldnt be able to fight Frampton like this.

Comparing Joshua to Wlad is pathetic.lefty wrote:Dont troll Horse. It's getting too obvious now.
You're always criticizing Joshua, it's weak stuff.

Frampton smashes Quigg to bits! Levels apart imo
Re: Official boxrec RBR thread - Manchester and Mayweather cards
Smiling means nothing.
Re: Official boxrec RBR thread - Manchester and Mayweather cards
Frampton is a different level to Quigg.

Jamoye just too small unfortunately. Hearn won't let Quigg anywhere near Frampton.

Typical Terry stoppage.

Good ol Terry. Tbf Jamoye wasn't gonna win. Really disappointing as the original opponent was gonna be a reasonable test, the kinda style that imo would have made Quigg struggle quite a bit. Rather than someone who is a bit of a brawler.
Re: Official boxrec RBR thread - Manchester and Mayweather cards
Well that was an embarrassing "world title" fight

If he had the power he had at bantamweight aswell it would of been more competitive I think. Jamoye gave it a good go. Cant fault his effot.Boxerbeetle123 wrote:Jamoye just too small unfortunately. Hearn won't let Quigg anywhere near Frampton.
Re: Official boxrec RBR thread - Manchester and Mayweather cards
How was that stopped? O'Connor had a shocker as usual, early stoppage, missed low blows, called break, then let Quigg tee off when they bounced off each other, missed every elbow, shoulder and forearm used by Quigg and was always out of position to see what was happening. How is he a star referee when Jeff Hinds and Bob Williams aren't?
