I personally rate the Charlos higher than Smith. And wouldn't put him near a Lara or Cotto.
Maybe a Ishe Smith or Vanes.

Carlos Molina was suggested for tonight, most places you look he's seen as top 10 in the division, that would be a good fight for Smith and enough to get US TV interested, even if it isn't HBO or Showtime.
