The more I see of Martin the more I think he'll get knocked out. He's not quick enough or light enough on his feet to evade AJs quick thunderous punches. Don't get me wrong I'm no AJ fan boy and think he'll come unstuck soon enough but Martin is made for him. He leaves his chin out and doesn't get his hands back quick enough to block counters. His footwork is pretty shocking too. His Southy stance may bamboozle AJ for a minute or two but I think when Joshua hits him it's lights out. I'm not confident enough to bet on the result but if see this as a massive upset if Martin won.

How do you think Joshua would do against Ortiz?

I'm thinking about putting a tenner on a first round stoppage for AJ.

I believe Ortiz would knock Joshua out.

Martin is a relative unknown in the UK which is why he's the outsider. I'd also add weight to the theory that AJ will win, in that Eddie Hearn would never have taken this fight if he saw it as any kind of risk. Eddie doesn't like risks.
You just have to look at the rest of the card, and it's practically House fighter v Selected Opponent in every bout, even the "World Title" ones.
I hope it turns out to be a decent card, as the PPV for Frampton v Quigg was an embarrassment.
Josh Warrington vs. Hisashi Amagasa = BIG RISK
Fair comment on that one.

How come Ortiz, Joshua, and Martin all haven't fought anybody, but only Ortiz is talked about like he's the 2nd Coming of Christ?
Just curious...

Just based on how he's looked against certain opponents. Klitschko never looked close to doing to Jennings what Ortiz did.

I'd consider Jennings to be somebody. He was probably consensus top 8 or so when Ortiz took him out, which Wlad had just failed to do, and had at least proved himself to be a level above Spzilka.

Jennings was a good win, the best of any of those three. Ortiz is older though, and has some failed tests as I recall. I could see him winning a title but I don't find him anywhere near the top like some seem to.

Who would you pick to beat Ortiz?

Ortiz is unproven. He looked great against Jennings and Thompson, but that's hardly the highest calibre. I wouldn't confidently pick for or against him against any of the top guys.
What I mean is he's 37 and already has one failed drug test under his belt; I find it hard to believe he'll stay on top long if he even gets there.

I put $80.00 down bit- better than 3 to 1.

Boxing will be better if the Cruiserweight div. limits were SET- back. My idea is 195/190 champions choice. Vacs, 190. That's what I think.

Good question. Hard to answer because we don't know, or at least I don't know, much about Ortiz's ability to take a good punch. If he has a very good chin, perhaps only Fury or Wlad at the most can beat him. In a few years, Hughie Fury may be able to beat guys like Ortiz on points.

True, Jennings was a good win. I did exaggerate a bit on that, but Ortiz seems to be getting more of the benefit of the doubt.

Given NEITHER has done anything to show they're 'world class' I'd suggest you're talking out of your aris.
At least try and put forth a genuine opinion instead of this tedious substandard attempt at trolling.
You call me troll for for calling the Joshua fight world class boxing ? You are being ridiculous
, you should write a letter to Eddie. Hearn and sky to complain
