How can quigg be ahead of legitimate world champions like crolla and burns? He's never won a world title, held a plastic one for a while and his best win was against Kiko after frampton had beaten him twice. Once he stepped up to fight carl he was like a fish out of water.

Quigg didn't do badly against Frampton. It was a close fight in the end, even after his very slow start.

Holding a title belt doesn't mean that much by itself. If you think that these other fighters have better records then fine, but don't bang on about silly little titles, because that really doesn't matter.

Why should Smith be in?

His record lacks any single win that I would say is deserving of a top 30 ranking.

He's got a bunch of okay wins, but no wins that I would even consider "good" wins.

Frampton wasn't doing a great deal himself.

It was a close fight.

I certainly agree Quigg should be below both Crolla and Burns but no way can Burns be considered a legit champion at 140.

Vacant belt from scumbag WBA against an absolute shocking fighter.

Crawford is THE champion at 140.

Nothing against Burns one of my favourite fighters of the last 10 years that fight was an embarrassment.

True but Quigg literally did nothing until round 8 I can not see how anyone could have given any of the first 8 rounds to Quigg. I only gave him 9 and 11.

I was at the arena and watched it for the first time since last weekend so it's quite fresh in the mind.

I scored the fight a draw, so we both saw the fight very differently.

I thought that Frampton's work was vastly overrated early on.

I had Frampton winning. Quigg didn't do enough to merit a draw. Too little too late.

Overrated how? I've not heard anyone say he was overly impressive but he was doing enough to pick up the rounds.

That's overrated as far as I'm concerned. I thought he was only slightly less awful than Quigg in the first half of the fight.

They were both total toss, but most people seem to think that Quigg was far worse.

They were both bricking it early on.

I think that Nurse's wins against Limond and Coyle were good.

I think that Eubank's wins against Blackwell & Chudinov were good.

I look at Smith's record and don't see anything good. Ochieng and O'Meara? Not good wins for me, just decent.

Its all subjective and about opinions - Box Rec's own P4P rankings has Tyson Fury above Frampton. Although in saying that, it also has Frampton only one place above Brook which, when you consider what Frampton has just achieved versus the drose Brook has been fighting recently is laughable.

Close fight?? He lost the 1st 8 rounds by doing nothing, he won 3 rounds max. Burns and crolla both hold better wins at world level than quigg. Actually can you tell me who quigg has ever beat at world level? What has he actually don't to be rated higher than burns and crolla?

In your opinion.

Frampton was terrible himself in the first 8 rounds and did not deserve to be 8 rounds up based on what he did.

Quigg beat Martinez.

Burns hasn't had a world level win for many years.

What world level wins does Crolla have? Barroso? Perez? I didn't rate them that highly.

Khan hasn't had a world level win for many years. He's still top 5. Maybe with next months list you should try looking at things objectively instead of with your rose tinted glasses on.

Lynes was well past his best and a limited Eggington ??

Is that what I said? I just don't think you look at things impartially. Fury at no1 and Khan at no5? Two well known favourites of yours. You seem to use different rules for different fighters when trying to justify their positions, contradicting yourself in the process.

Everyone's entitled to an opinion but you always seem to think you're right even when scores of posters are telling you you're wrong. You should definitely change the thread title to 'Horses UK top 30' or something similar as suggested by another poster.
