Then maybe he has took one too many then, because what I was saying was that, firstly Saunders is naturally an 11st fighter, secondly that he fought under 11 stone, same day weigh in and is now 11.7 day before weigh in and it was not from stuggling to make weight, but because he chose to make life easier. Yes Saunders last fought in the amateurs in under 11st about 7 years ago, but bear in mind one of my fighters fought in the same national finals in the Amateurs as Saunders, Saunders fought in the Welterweight final and my fighter fought in the Middleweight final, Saunders has fought at Middleweight in the pros, sometimes higher, up to 173, whilst the other fighter went as low as Welterweight and also fought at super Welterweight, I know it is too different fighters, but when you go in the pros, you have a longer camp to make weight, harder training and day before weigh in, whilst in the Amateurs you have same day weigh in and have to maintain the weight through each round of a competition, much harder to do. I hope that why I said it mate.
Took one too many  Whats Your name?

You must be an expert at making weight... How many fights you had? You a Trainer? You say one of your fighters, so you must be an adult but You come across young and immature!

On IFL, Johnny Nelson claimed there will be no way that Smith wants a Brook fight now.
I like Johnny, but he has a habit of talking out his backside when the cameras are on him, particularly when it comes to Ingle fighters.
Possibly, but I'm guessing he's been told what happened in the spar.

Braehmer boxed as a welterweight at amateur.

So is this poster saying Braehmer is a natural welter still or is it just different rules for BJS.

He was young as a amateur the body grows as you get older.

Is that right lol, again Braehmer looks ripped and nobody is saying he is at too high a weight, Saunders does not looked ripped and many times he has been questioned about his weight, one local MMA fighter was over twenty stone, before he become an MMA fighter, now he is fighting at 12 stone, so what ? Bellew was an Heavyweight in the amateurs, but went down to light heavy, We are not talking growing here, Saunders went up in weight, straight after leaving the ams, for his first pro fight.

The body types needed for am/pro boxing is clearly different.

yes he is, because he is a very skilled, tough, competitive fighter, but he has not beat any A class fighters yet, other fighters have fought at a higher weight and still won a world titles, Saunders was lucky to beat Eubank jr, just hung on against Nicky Blackwell, got a lucky home town decision against John Ryder and just held out against Andy Lee, against all 4 fighters he gassed out, the result mostly of carrying the extra weight, he would be better at super welterweight, because if he fights Eubank jr at Middleweight Again he will get beat.

I don't think he did, but if you think he could make light middle , as others do and I do, maybe he is too high in weight.

With a day before weigh in he could prob do welter! Shows how talented he is that he can have success at higher weights. I feel ultimately his lifestyle will play a part in him failing at top level.

He clearly won Blackwell and Ryder.

Did you seriously score those fights against BJS or are you playing devils advocate?

Andy Lee is a very good win at middle. Not quite A level but a strong B+ win as Lee was showing the best form of his career.

I and plenty of others thought Ryder beat him, because of his strong finish, but Saunders would beat Ryder easier now, yes he beat Blackwell, but Blackwell came back at him in the later rounds, what I disagreed with here, was that Saunders won the fights clearly and if Lee would of gone for it, when Saunders faded, he could of got it, plus Eubank jr started too slowly, posed and pranced around, but when went to work, he won all or nearly all of the later rounds, from 6 on. I do think Saunders has great qualities, but stamina and weight making are not any of them.

You some true points there, but Welter might be a bit too much, especially after letting his weight go up.

It is, if you see a fault, cornermen have restricted view, unlike watching it on video and still have to spot anything in each round, then in the minutes rest make the right calls, unlike someone watching a whole fight on tv, with slow motion views and commentary.
You can believe that if you want! TRAINERS v. The Boxer.....you know, it's a experiment basically. With what I know at my advanced age I'd have better keen awareness me/w/corner crew and UNLESS we have practice in the Gym before hand and that practice is effective I'd be having my corner basically keep *hush between rounds so I can THINK on my own and get into my trance.
Film is a training tool. Many use film and some boxers won't at all. Could you pick up something from 10 second tape? From a min? I doubt it anyone watch the tape selecting a ten second section. SURE..the seconds are attach to the other seconds and same for minutes. Yeah, you can detect a lot but if you are given a one min tape you SHOULDN'T "Read too much into it" as the chap say here. You always have to look at whole picture. Everyone gonna make misstep in their matches. Look how Marvin Hagler did a complete (amateur) spin-around v Ray Leonard. You need a "majority" of the tape or good section. One min not gonna help you a whole lot though, if the boxer is a great certainly he can scare you in a one min tape.
well that on minute clip did reveal his downfall, he was getting caught going back in straight lines by Golokin all night.
