Frankie couldn't cope with the power. Fair play to him, he bit down on the gum shield and tried to fight through the pain but Lejarraga marches on. Gavin made him look very one dimensional until the stoppage....
gavin years ago would of beat him
not sure if frankie was ever tough or fit enough

I lumped heavy on the Spaniard 1-3 at 2/1. Gavin better than I thought he would be. Bollox.

Matter of time before we get the usual talk and comeback from Gavin. Followed by missing weight and getting starched. He probably has one more run in him before he loses all goodwill with the fans. Might as well get that last payday.

Well....
I can see why you would say that but he put Frankie Gavin away 2 rounds quicker than Kell Brook and that was back when Kell Brook was Kell Brook

Maybe him v Eggington rematch to prop up another snidey Sky PPV

Bet he'd even miss the weight at 154 as well though

They won't get the invite at the moment! He is generating a lot of interest in Spain and has garnered a lot of fans.
He won't be rushed, they will keep him learning and winning, bit like Hatton, and they will move him up then.

keep him doing euro defenses until a weak wba regular champ shows up, any legit world level welter lights him up

We'll see, although he was out worked in the early rounds, he has a very tight defence and nothing of note landed.
Has a punchers chance against anyone.

Who can Lejarraga fight at Euro/fringe world level? Bearing in mind it'll likely be fighters who'll travel to Bilbao, which rules out those with big promotional backing i.e. Josh Kelly, who would otherwise probably be looking at the European title at this stage.
Missed this but seems as though world level might be a step too far atm based on the comments.

Gavin landed the right to the body and left uppercut cleanly numerous times. If that was a puncher then the Spaniard would've been in bother...
