Ok win for Frampton , good punch variety against a average but gutsy opponent who was out of his depth .

Warrington should be fun though .

Yeah, it was pretty good. I'm glad with seeing improved Fury and Frampton's master-class. Barnes-Rosales was also fun to watch.

Khan-Salita sold loads of tickets to Muslims and Jews. I was at that fight, it was a wild night in and out of the arena.
Yes but it wasn’t promoted that way is the point.
Not officially, but the reason it was in Newcastle, is that there is a massive Jewish community in Gateshead and loads of Muslims in Newcastle and Middlesbrough/Stockton. I was there with Jewish friends and all the talk was religion, likewise the next day when talking to my Muslim pals that were also at the fight.
I don’t know what point you think you’re making.

My point was that fight wasn’t sold on or promoted in anyway on it being between a Muslim and a Jew and it wasn’t. We also have a higher population of both Jewish people and Muslims in Manchetser, London has even more, so that doesn’t even make much sense.

The biggest bit of nonsense from the commentary was "Fury is fighting a Southpaw tonight which will prepare him for Wilder who's also a Southpaw"...umm....what?

Fair play to the corner of Jackson that was a good stoppage, Frampton was finally making him wilt and you seen the KO coming, Jackson was a brave customer and gave it a good go but he was outclassed in there, Frampton started off sharply and was looking the bizz early doors, looking sharp leading off and his countering was on point, I thought it was gonna be the body shots that would get Jackson out of there, he was a tough nut to crack despite him being out of his depth technically, the KD Frampton scored in the 8th was sweet, little left uppercut to the head then body, top drawer

All in all a dominant performance from Frampton and first stoppage in a while, he did switch off a little in the middle but his engine was good again, Warrington will make him fight at a frantic pace though and that might be crucial late in their fight

A good night of boxing from Queensberry. Would have been good to see more of the undercard. But oh hey.

FW isn’t that bad a promoter as people say.. i never thought he was bad. He can certainly make fights too.

Of course a Promoter isn't going to come out right and SAY they're selling a fight that way anymore in the P.C. World we live in it'd spark all kinds of outrage.

You can read between the lines though, and see that it's definitely a part of it.

It seems the Fury fight was farcical so I won't watch it. I don't care about him getting rounds. Pianeta was knocked out by Kevin Johnson last year FFs.

To put into perspective Daniel Dubois next opponent knocked out Furys opponent. And Fury is preparing to fight Wilder !

BT are a joke too. Crap fights tonight two PPVs announced Frampton v Warrington would be a third PPV and they have lost UFC after December 1st.

I hope Fury v Wilder happens and I'm not arsed who wins but I'll have my doubts about it until it's close to the fight.
Typical isn’t it, almost as though TV companies these days only get involved in the sport because they know they can rinse predictably stupid boxing fans to buy crap PPVs

The towel came in at exactly the right time for Jackson to save face. Looked like a "No Mas" was just seconds away.

If you turn up to Fury Wilder cause it’s a white guy fighting a black guy or vice-versa it’s cause you’re an idiot.

I had a big feeling that Carl would get the stoppage. He was at his best today. Does get hot clean a bit and yeh he did fight an untested opponent. He couldn’t have done that against Donaire.

Frampton vs. Warrington is always gonna go the distance. Unless 1 of them really messes up. Should be a good tactical fight.

Frampton can certainly work his way to a stoppage.

After he fought Garcia, I thought we’d have seen a peak Frampton. It wasn’t a good performance. But since seeing his last 2 and these so-called ‘tests’.. I would say he’s still peaking.

No. It's just an observation. I can see things in human nature even if I don't feel them myself.

I'm a White Guy. When I watch Fury vs Wilder I will be 100% rooting for Wilder to knock Fury the f*ck out. Race is not a factor in selling the fight TO ME, but it is a factor in selling the fight to others.

I saw this when I saw people around me and their reactions to May vs Mac as an event. I wouldn't have thought this kinda thing was the case until I saw it myself.

I think Frampton vs Warrington will go well for Frampton. Frampton is a solid boxer, and I rarely see anybody able to outbox him in the early going. I don't think Warrington will be able to do it either, and he certainly won't be able to stop Frampton.

Maybe, but of he doesn't look beatable, Wilders handlers won't let him risk it. Fury is smart enough to play that game if he thinks it is the way to go. I think it's the way to go.
