“Tyson Fury is a f—ng coward who will do anything not to face Usyk, and he asked his bitch to hit him with a frying pan in his brow,” Klimas said. “You can quote me word for word for that. When the news was brought to Oleksandr, he just smiled. That is all he did. He is too mentally strong to break.
“I was waiting for this moment.”
Can't believe he actually said that

Frickin' Fury, man, I swear

Regardless of the video, I don’t believe Fury. He found a way out as he’s clearly not prepared.

Do they have a back up that can save the show ?

The bill looks awful now. I doubt whether Usyk will risk another opponent. This just highlights the major flaw with these Saudi super bills. In the modern game these fights are happening back to back. Consider the ridiculousnous of team Usyk originally wanting that Dec date with fury.
There is a chaotic and frantic undercurrent to these bills which has been and will continue to be exposed. The ruthless pursuit of money and global propaganda for this rogue country has resulted in two dates Feb and March which are straining under their own momentum and hype.
I wasn't planning to purchase either of these bills.

This fight was never going to happen this month and I'm willing to bet that it doesn't happen this year, if ever.

Turki adds back-door clause
“We delayed it for the 18th of May,” Alalshikh confirmed Saturday afternoon during an interview with The MMA Hour, with Fury seated next to him. “I guaranteed to both fighters ten million (dollars) if someone escapes from the fight. This is the first thing. The second thing is, I guarantee a big fight for the other one on that same night.”
“Make the people and fans around the world know if someone is scared or wants to escape from this fight,” pleaded Alalshikh. “Eighteen of May, we will have Tyson-Usyk, Usyk-Tyson. If someone (is) scared, if Usyk is scared, I will call for Joshua-Tyson. If Tyson’s scared, I will call for any fighters Usyk wants.
“It is my name on this thing. We have availability from both sides.”

reaally nice speedy reschedualing... being an all powerfull being can be usefull sometimes...
Its probably a good date to reschedual too, but a bit tricky for both no doubt... fury has to make the call on when to start sparing again... too early his eye will fvck out, to late he might not get his timing back... Usyk has to no overtrain, going to be an interesting little taper off for 3-6 weeks then ramp back up (at a guess), the specific timings of that will be important.

So frustrating, you've peaked, are tapering off leaving the right amount of energy for fight night and then happens. ![[icon_knockout.gif] :KO:](./images/smilies/icon_knockout.gif)

This has to be Fury's last chance - fight or give up the hostage WBC belt before you further disgrace what's left of the sport of boxing.
We are very lucky to have someone who loves boxing as much as we do. Turki Al-Sheikh is probably the only person on the planet that can deliver this fight.
However, going by his words, it doesn't sound like he's entirely confident that this fight is going to happen.
On the plus side we will get something on May 18th.
This is increasingly looking like Ali v Foreman and it's a pity that Al-Sheikh doesn't have the same authority that Mobotu had in Zaire back in 1974.
Or maybe he does?
