I wonder would you lose 30000 before one of those come off.
Its so hard to get a few right as i find out most weekends
Sexton is 7/1 to knock out rogie that's where all the value is lads . The gameplan from rogie is to come out and score a ko in the first 6 id say so if sexton can use his size to tire rogie and make him fall short with wild shots a bit like the first fights it makes those odds look nice

Anyone putting anything on bolt to get a wr in the 200 tonight? I am not sure he did go flat out in china.

He'll probably make me eat my words but I would not bet on it. He really went for it in Bejing - dipped at the line and everything. He has looked pretty tired throughout the rounds and has had to work a bit harder than he did in the 100m. He will win, no doubt, but I can't see another WR.

When he broke the world record at Beijing he was running into a 0.9 m/s headwind so I would say if it is significantly less there is a good chance it could happen as the track has been proven to be quick enough.

Is it just me or did he seem to be slowing going over the line?

I didn't see the race but he has eased up around the finish a lot of the times I have seen him.

So that would mean it lightly that he would break more records if he didnt slack off over the line

it's not to bolt's advantage to set his lifetime's best anytime soon. It would cost him a fortune. That's why he slows up when the race is won.
e.g. if he ran 9.40 this year and never ever beat it again the glamour would rub off.
if he takes it down by a fraction at a time he maximises his earnings potential. So I've heard anyway.

That's a 36.4% chance. If you think Valuev has a better chance than that then it's a good bet. Personally, I think it's a good bet.

Kalle Sauerland (Valuev's promoter) talked about it like this. Haye will try to knock out Valuev, not manage to, then Valuev will come on strong with all his weight and physicality.

Can Valuev survive Haye's bombs?
If yes, can Haye box and move and avoid being leant on for 12 rounds? Does Haye enough stamina?

I see it as a tough fight to call. I wonder how big the ring is.

I don't think it's that tough to call. Valuev can take what Haye can give him. I don't think haye can take what valuev can give him. Baluev has a decent jab, which haye will not be able to continually slip. What other chance has Haye got, other than a KO win?

Holyfield even at this stage is a much better boxer than Haye imo. He was able to do something against valuev that haye can't... move and use his defensive skills intertwinned with his offensive skills beautifully. Haye just doesn't have the ability. He gets hurt in most of his fights ffs. mormeck, mock, barrett, thompson. he thinks he can ko valuev. When he realises he can't, panic will set in as he continually goes for it but gets jabbed to bits. right hands from valuev will start coming home and it shouldn't take too many. even if haye does outbox valuev, no chance he's getting the decision. i don't believe haye has the ability to outbox valuev... certainly not clearly enough to get a decision in germany anyway.

If anyone is thinking of betting on Valuev outright rather than Valuev KO - you're crazy. Valuev KO is 11/2 with totesport (get it while you still can) and that discrepancy is ridiculous. Do the bookies think there is that much more of a chance of Valuev actually winning by decision? :o

Anyway I have a double on, Froch KO and Valuev KO, came to around 19/1! Also put some on Valuev KO single.

right boys, time to resurrect the action thread. 25/1 for Valuev inside 3 is amazing price (Ladbrokes) I have lumped on and will be ample compensation should Haye be wiped out quicktime. Get in quick. Also have put some on the 4-6 then hedges on the rest. Have some on Valuev KO outright too.

80/1 for Valuev KO1 is also the best available for that round and seems crazy to me. Some on that.

I won't get to see the fight so all this betting against my favourite fighter won't ruin things for me. I'll be more than happy to find out that Haye won by KO. The nightmare result for me would be Valuev decision which would be :witzend:
