This is the best I can come up with:
1. 1941: Maxie Doyle (3) W pts 10 Jim Merritt (20)... for a total of 23 knockdowns.
2. 1946: Jose DeMedina is down 21 times when losing a 10-rounds decision against Jimmy Jeannette.
3. 1962: Yama Bahama stops Don Carrano in 7 - in a fight where Don is down 15 times.
Very Good my Friend!
I have to leave pretty soon but here's a few more:
1. Who was stopped in the 1st round the most times during their pro career?
2. What fighter(s) hold the record for being stopped in the 1st round the most consecutive times?
James Holly lost a few in the first. 29 I think.
Holly is correct! Nice job!
Is the answer to Question 1 the infamous Eric Crumble?

Just throwing it out there. There's one dude that had 4 wins and like 52 losses or something, Sam something. It could be him, I guess. Crumble was like 0-36 or something right, I know quite a few of his losses were 2nd KO Losses as well. He never made it past the 2nd that I recall.

sorry if out of turn
(and should be easy)
I had my first pro fight in late 1983
I lost my first bout, on points, seven months later after 8 straight wins
I lost twice more, by stoppage, before winning my first national title at bantamweight
I lost my first european title tilt in a very close MD, drawing the rematch in Italy (at the end of the eighties)
My first world title shot ended in a controversial SD loss in my home leisure centre
My world title rematch occured 16 months later, in Texas, but I was stopped in 8
I won further honours at featherweight, but after achieving what was to be my last crack at a world title, in 1997 I was stopped inside a round.

2. What fighter(s) hold the record for being stopped in the 1st round the most consecutive times?
Since you say fighter(s)... I take this to mean, that there may be a tie for 1st place in this category.
If that's the case, I'll go with Obie Garnett and Doug Davis... who, according to BocRec, both suffered 12 1st-round ko-defeats in a row.

And another.
I won a world title beating an undefeated fighter, I too was undefeated.
My only loss was in a world title defence to another undefeated fighter.
After this one defeat I had 9 fights, winning them all, and then never fought again.

In August, 1940 Hitler was allegedly (but hardly seriously!) offered to referee a 12 rounds fight the following month - between Tommy Spiegal and Johnny Rucker for the Pennsylvania State lightweight title.

Correct Again!
Who fought in the most main event fights in 1 calender month, meaning he fought in the most bouts that were scheduled for at least 10 rounds in 1 calender month.

There's a poster named Il Duce who has done quite a bit of posting on Serrano. According to him, Martinez had almost 30 wins; he cites programs from the Forum where Martinez fought on an Arguello undercard (v. Olivares on 11/23/1974).
