Surprised about them talking about getting him good sparring. I would have been taking him to every corner of the globe for sparring long before he even turned over. I'd have thought he would have done dozens of rounds with the likes of Wlad and co already.

I think Wlad will be around for a few more years. Vitali was starting to look his age. Wlad still looks at the top of his game.

He wasn't. He looked poor on his debut, I remember him making a right meal of Peret too, going the distance. That was after his 4th fight too. Joshua ain't even approached second gear yet, all been very nicely, nicely and dispatched everyone with little effort.
Joshua will struggle to get the rounds necessary to fully develop because the UK referees will stop fights in his favour as early as possible to assist with the hype train. The referees here damage both prospect and opponent's careers.

And why on earth do you hope Joshua and Campbell are knocked out? Would UK boxing be a better place, fighters being hyped isn't anything new?
Do you seriously think those scores were fair? Who's Buckland going to be fighting down the road, most of the lightweights are with Matchroom and Rees would have retired after one more defeat.
The hype around them is at new levels, all because they won Gold medals at a home Olympics, Joshua appearing to get lucky with a couple of decisions, the quicker they get KO'd the better.
If they deserve to get KO'd then fair enough, but they are both doing just fine ATM. I don't blame them for any decisions and levels of hype, they deserve to be progressed and to be honest have our support.
As for the first paragraph its just nonsense. I don't see the scandal behind the scores to be honest, I had it for Rees, but it wasn't convincing.

World ranked Japanese wonder-kid, claimed national and Asian titles in his first 5 fights. He's a highly touted prospect who has been pushed from the off with wins over Korean, Thai and Japanese champions in his first 4 fights.
