I was only jesting about the Cross, I spent 6 years living there and never really had much bother - two attempted burglaries and a few incidents of minor vandalism targeted at my car.

Is Swallownest a part of Rotherham or is it Sheffield? I always liked the look of Spital Hill - got a friendly vibe.

hello mate, swallownest is Sheffield but really close to Rotherham
Spital Hill is each to their own, I wouldn't live there personally but have friends there who have no probs at all and like the area.

I knew a lad who used to go to Swallownest - he said the youths were mental. Spital Hill looks really diverse and interesting.
