That's Gyno, if you have a look at Breezy's flabby breasts the nipple/areola look normal they don't have the characteristic 'puffy' enlarged look of Gyno.
Can't find a suitable picture of Whyte but this is an good example of Gyno nipples (Breezy's just got loose skin from loosing weight)
