]Some times hatred gets in the way of Judgement, how can he compare Crolla to Khan ?[/quote]

apart from the olympic silver khan holds, there is not so much difference. in fact crolla has been kod once to khans 3 or 4. crolla is 29 and is a current world champ, who faced down his domestic rivals. khan is 29 and was a world champ about 5 years ago. khan has fought more recognisable names but most were well past thier sell by. crolla had the cojones to fight murray. its true khan has fought some good fighters , but he always got kod by them. im sure crolla couldve ran for six rounds against canelo before going down. the only exceptional thing about khan was his speed, and his marketing...a bit like micheal owen...arrived with great fanfare and success but ultimately failed to live up to his potential. made a lot of money tho.

I like Crolla, but comparing him to Khan is quiet frankly stupid, he has been beaten at British level and below that, lets be honest he would not have won a world title if not for Matchroom, giving him home advantage and cherry picking the opponents, Khan has gone to America, in their back yard to do it, if Crolla with his style was anywhere near Alverez weight he would have been knocked out in the first round and Murray was finished when he fought Crolla and still was giving him a hard time in the early rounds, maybe your judgement is clouded, because this is the worst example yet.

Next some Khan hater will bring up a British journeyman with 50 losses and a few wins, who has only been stopped 2 times against novice prospects and claim he is better then Khan because he has less stoppages against him then Khan, that is how stupid it could get.

Well played for him taking on Canelo, turned out to be ill advised as Hunter thought. no questioning his bravery, but let's not get carried away with either the plaudits, or the brickbats.
Not even a British great?
No.

How far do you want to stretch the term great?

Great fighters don't usually get violently knocked out 3 times in their primes.

Khan is very good & game fighter, but it is unlikely he'll be remembered as a great unless he goes on a remarkable run, including avenging all his losses & possibly beating FMJ & Pac.

If he won the title from Garcia, and managed a few decent defences he'd go down as one of the best british fighters of the last 20 years for sure.

I think Canelo is going to go on to be something quite special history wise, so that loss isn't too damning, especially with the weight disparity.

What do you think of a comeback fight against Prescott? I quite like the idea.

Prescott's career has gone nowhere since that though, what would be the point?

I think if Khan comes back it's going to be against an opponent of that kind of level so why not avenge that defeat? It's a fight he should win comfortably and it would probably boost his confidence more than it would beating someone he's just expected to shut out. Would bury a few demons and its a bit more marketable. Just a thought. Probably won't happen.

I think Khan is fine to come back at a higher level - he lost to a much bigger man - I'm not sure if jumping straight in with Garcia is the right move, but then he may not get the opportunity if he passes up his mandatory shot, so probably is.

I fear Garcia is going to pull the same number as last time.

Yeah I think Garcia will do the same as last time and I also think Brook does the same. It was a very heavy defeat against Alvarez so a confidence builder would do no harm at all IMO. All the high level guys aren't going to be too disheartened at being out boxed by Amir. You've got to fancy that they'll get to him at some point.

They are the undisputed facts. Bradley beat Peterson easily - Peterson beat Khan. Bradley moved up undefeated to get a "win" over Pacquiao, Khan tried to regain a belt and got brutally KO'd again.

According to the WBC it should happen, they have retained Amir Khan as no 1 for Garcia title after his loss to Alverez.

You have no idea of boxing do you ? that or you are hiding things. Pacman was robbed against Bradley, one of the biggest robberies, Khan's defeat on points to Peterson was disputed and Peterson was on PED's for the fight, to which the WBA super world title was handed back to Khan, or yes and Bradley's win over Peterson was 2 years before, you are so mixed up, you don't know where you are.
