Sosa didn't get lucky in my opinion. He showed his toughness, weathered the storm, and came back to grind Fortuna down. After that he beat Smith at least as convincingly as Pedraza did, and if you want to criticize performances, then Pedraza was given hell by Edgar Cherry and only squeaked out a split decision.

Sure, Walters had moved up to 130, but his previous showings lead me to believe that he's still a better fighter there than Walsh and Pedraza are. You single him out for being unproven, yet Walsh's best win is over Andrey Klimov; do you really think Walters would have any sort of problems with a guy that limited?

Martinez is limited, but he's a tough guy, was top ten, and can't just be ignored in the comparison when Davis's only two wins of note are over Pedraza and Walsh (assuming a win today of course).

Loma: Walters, Sosa, Martinez
Davis: Pedraza and Walsh

It's not clear at all that Davis would have the superior resume

I just think its funny we add Walters as a win at 130 when Lomo fought at 126 for the fight but ok. I'm not saying Davis resume is that much greater
but you never answered my question would that version of Martinez and Sosa would beat either Pedraza or Walsh?

I think Sosa would have a great chance of beating Pedraza and Walsh, and I'd bet that if he fought both, he'd beat at least one of them. Similar case for Martinez (would it be that surprising if he did just a bit better than Cherry?), though I think he's more beatable.

Superior is the wrong term. I think if you look at most ratings Pedraza would be rated higher than all three of those fighters. If you a betting man
Walsh would be favorite over all except maybe Walters.
