Eubank would have won in a car park. Not in a boxing ring though. Groves by far the better boxer.

What did you see in him against Groves?
Groves is useless and panicy up close, and his chin isn't great. I expected Eubank to improve a level, close the range and wear him down by forcing the pace from the start.
What fight did you watch?

It wasn't a million miles away in that last 30 seconds. Why he didn't take risks earlier is a mystery. Groves was making it hard for him, but he needed to take the risks and he didn't.

Groves comfortably NTS but I’m not a fan. He had Jr on a plate and didn’t go for it at all. Kept boxing when he was meant to execute.

Too little too late again. I can't believe I backed E to win that. Can't believe I fell for the hype. I'm truly disappointed.

I watched this one, and saw Groves look uncomfortable up close still, but dictate the range easily. As I said, I thought Eubank needed to up a level over what we have seen, but I thought he could. I was wrong.

117-111 Groves for me. Eubank would probably go harder easier in rematch. No justification for it though

Levels. Eubanks lucky he inherited his dads chin!

Groves was fairly comfortable until the last couple when stamina closed the gap.

Eubanks too late to the sport. Telegraphs everything

And with that surely the Eubank Jnr myth is finally put to bed. Plodding, one dimensional, lacking in one punch power and dreadfully slow feet. He’s a brave kid with a good chin and is always in excellent condition but he’s European level. In reality he’s never beaten anyone remotely close to elite level and I cannae see how he ever will

To be honest Eubank was pretty poor footwork he's just very fit and Hasn't the style to beat a seasoned campaigner like Groves

Ouch. Guess Eubank just ain't on this level. I overestimated him or underestimated Groves. Maybe a little bit of both. Anyway. Well done Groves.
