Eubank Jr tends to have that effect on people with his ramblings!

Anyone with a boxing brain beat Eubank Jr, as long as James DeGale body doesn't break down should be a UD!

After the Groves schooling I remember how some people said that junior would never be able to be a world champ. The lad of the pain in the neck warrior may show that even without all the skills pure hard work and bloody mindedness could prevail. The fact he couldn't throw a jab to set things up or move his feet right can be learned. Sometimes neither are needed in the right matchup. I suspect this fight will come down to the enigma that is James Degale.

I’m leaning towards Eubank Jr winning this, especially since I saw an interview with DeGale where he’s claiming all his injury woes are behind him and he’s feeling brand new. The opposite is usually the case when sportspeople (especially boxers) trot out that one...

i find it a tought fight to call. really because i dont know how much james has left, ive got big recpesct for james after the groves lost, he could of packed it in or what ever, but the geezer carried on had fights in the blue water and then came back and defend his world tittle in new york shows heart , james cant let eubank pick up easy rds just because he is not being active enough, which he is bad for, i think eubank is gonna win it on work rate , i think it will be close, good when they engage ,but i think james will go missing through middle rds and let eubank win on points

I picked Eubank Jr to beat Groves but he got schooled, still stylistically I think he beats DeGale , he's getting him at the right time, I had DeGale losing both Truax fights, he was poor in both, no jab or any signs of the slickness he once showed, he's picked up a routine stoppage since winning the Truax rematch but seeing as he gave up his title I do wonder about his hunger and the reasons he's fighting on, still it wasn't too long ago he held Jack to a draw plus DeGale's always been a boxer who has off nights ever since he turned pro
Eubank Jr has never had a jab to neglect using in the first place and has a low boxing IQ, his natural athleticism along with his deluded self belief has took him pretty far considering his lack of amateur experience, he's beaten some decent fighters but hasn't the brain to outbox the top guys, he's always extremely fit which makes his lazy spells all the more baffling
I suppose theres a chance DeGale can show Eubank Jr about levels and can old man him, DeGale cant stay still and lean on the ropes like he has in the past as that's what Eubank needs to find an opening, DeGale never done it in the Truax rematch so hopefully he doesn't do it here as i'd like to see him win here
My overriding feeling is though Eubank Jr will be right up for this and put in a career best win, he might be outfoxed early but as DeGale inevitably tires I cant see Eubank Jr letting the opportunity slip by and I have a hunch he'll force a stoppage with sheer volume, no doubt they'll be plenty uppercuts thrown by him

Can anyone help here - I like this match up and will order the PPV - haven't bought one off ITV box office before. I have a normal Sky system. How hard have ITV made it for me to part with my money ?
