Yeah your right. It was the perfect match.
But for a televised HW main event, it was pretty low quality.
I pay $35 to watch 2 morbidly obese Maori or Pacific Islander heavyweights pound the crap out of each other at the Auckland boxing club a few times a year. It doesn't mean it should be televised, but the beers are really cheap and I love boxing

If Kownacki is so easy to hit, but had a good chin, Wilder will be firing straight right hands until he breaks it again, then Kownacki (in the shape of his life) plastered Wilder with tons of punches and wins a decision.

It's still probably his best chance since it's his game and Wilder isn't really someone who does prolonged exchanges

In Poland he can focus on boxing only. In Brooklyn he can't for obvious reasons + he travels 3 hours to some trainer + he trains with some unknown guy who does commercial trainings.
The fact is - the best looking Kownacki was when he trained in Poland. With a Polish trainer who works now with Hunter.
I dont say that trainers in Poland are better or worse. I say that it would be better particulary for him.

I mean coming for training camps only, for 2-3 months, like he did before fighting Szpilka. If not coming to Poland, he must change something in his team and/or training methods anyway. And change diet of course.

I think this fight gave a good account of Kownacki. It's clear that his durability is damned legit, and this fight proved it more than probably any other. His stamina is good, but his style is pretty exhausting, and he was getting tired. We know Kownacki's power is good, but this fight didn't offer a lot of support to that theory. We saw once again that Kownacki is very sharp at hitting you accurately from many angles.
I have no doubt that Kownacki's ranking (#10-11ish) is well supported at this point. I'd be curious to see him fight a similarly-rated opponent like Oscar Rivas or Joseph Parker; both of whom are beasts. However, I think Kownacki has done enough to justify a title shot, and I don't think he needs to take further action to earn it more.

Think he needs to beat someone higher up the ladder than Spilzka (who is a fringe contender himself) to justify a title shot, unless he is being used as a gimme after Wilder faces a tough opponent like Fury.
