Fair play to Bellew telling it like it is, despite Anna trying to persuade him otherwise

backed Ritson points at 5/1 in the later rounds. Utter stinker of a fight, actually missed a few rounds to make toast. Vazquez didn't seem to land anything meaningful, just circled. Ritson stinks too, going nowhere.
Vasquez was 1/10 going into the last.
Fuckn disgrace of a result.
Why? I wouldn't have been fussed if the ref just called it off and declared it a draw or something, neither of them did anything.
You honestly think Ritson won that fight?

Vazquez has had its glory, something Ritson will not ever have, simple. Treated like spoiled kids.

Neither landed anything of note, sure, but Vazquez landed way more scoring shots, and coupled to his disadvantage as the older man, that really highlighted to me his technical dominance.

Vazquez didn't damage Ritson much at all it's true, but to pretend he did nothing is a lie.
He produced a lot more effective aggression.
He won the Ring-Generalship like it was Napoleon vs Chris Grayling.
AND his defence was waaaaaay superior.

When Ritson and his trainer were talking in the corner after the fight with so much confidence, I thought wow, you two are going to be so disappointed...maybe they knew something we didn’t?!

Let’s not let Michael Alexander off the hook, for all O’Connor is a useless oaf, anyone who knows boxing would not have scored for Ritson tonight.

I think Grayling hired the judges.
His head movement was excellent, you're right. As a kid I used to spar with a younger lad who went up and down like a pogo, and watching Ritson was like a horrible flashback to all those clumsily telegraphed shots I missed!
I totally get why Ritson doesn't feel he was comprehensively beaten, because in physical terms he wasn't. But he was outpointed by a mile. Had it been a 15-rounder he might've landed a big shot and turned it around, but it wasn't, and he followed Vazquez around getting outscored. I couldn't have found more than 4 wafer-thin rounds for him.
The Vazquez rounds were also tight, sure, but they marked the trend. The sad thing is that our negativity'll magnetise to Ritson, when it wasn't his fault.

Honestly, I don't care, i stopped watching it because it stunk, and it stunk because of Vasquez; he circled Ritson and touched him with some powderpuff. I'm glad they gave it Ritson. Awful matchmaking.

Just eat, that tickled me!
Anyway, Eddie calling for him to be removed is quite a big deal and could even spell the end of O’Connor in pro boxing...at least I hope so.
