Perhaps if he wanted to fight he could have instructed the legal team or his management to return calls from the promoter.
It's crystal clear he wasn't ready for Fury and now he isn't ready to face guys who Fury has beaten.
They seemingly stopped returning calls after Fury’s second deadline had passed. Shame.

Well, if Fury had lost back to back against Uysk, would he have accepted a fight with Joshua so soon afterwards, bearing in mind Fury is happy to take on Chisora three times and the Wallin's of the World..answers on a postcard, please.

Things just got a bit more messy as the WBA have ordered Usyk mando Vs DDD which just seems plain stupid , no way is he ready for that .

Seems like the sanctioning bodies are against an undisputed fight .

Nothing can alter Doofus' mind, not even Fury saying he was planning to fight Chisora and then, Fury actually fighting Chisora. Anthony Joshua haunts his very soul, he needs help for his obsession.

Uysk would absolutely destroy Dubois. Would be a total mismatch and a total waste of everyone's time.

Dubois would be wise to turn down the shot at this point in his career.
I see no chance of this fight lasting more than 6 rounds. Dubois looks bang average in his last couple of fights

Tyson has put the record straight on his latest IFL interview. He’s bemused by talk of an AJ v Whyte fight. “What’s he want to fight him for? He’s already beat him”!
He really is mental. Looks well, though.

Fury’s fighting Usyk next isn’t he? Why wouldn’t AJ want to fight Whyte whilst Fury/Usyk are tied up?

Also Fury and record straight doesn’t go together. He also confirmed they were getting Rooney into camp for a month to replicate Usyk.

What's your gut feeling regarding the AJ fight? I genuinely believe Fury and his team wanted the fight.

I think Fury and his team genuinely wanted it. I think Fury will fight anyone and 60/40 was a fair deal.

I think AJ genuinely wanted it but his team, probably wisely knowing what would happen, weren’t keen. Fury giving the deadlines and saying he’s moving on gave them the perfect excuse not to push for it and report back to AJ ‘Tyson’s moving on….he’s impossible to deal with’.

I genuinely think if he’d kept quiet for another week/10 days then the deal would have happened as Matchroom/258 wouldn’t have an escape.

Ultimately it doesn't really matter. This year, as fans, we have missed out on seeing Fury vs Uysk and Fury vs Joshua.

And, in 2023, the mandatories seem certain to put a spanner in the works for Fury vs Uysk. And with Spence Jnr vs Crawford falling through, it begs the question what's the bloody point in following boxing at the moment.

If Fury said he would accept the fight, made a video saying he would accept the fight and made a "freestyle" rap saying he would accept the fight and then ducked it, would you not be commenting on it?

Oleksandr Usyk lifts lid on who called him during heated Tyson Fury face off

Oleksandr Usyk has revealed who called him during his face-off with Tyson Fury after the Derek Chisora fight. The Ukrainian says he received a phone call from the security service that his car is insured with, because they couldn’t detect the vehicle’s alarm.

While Fury hurled insults at the unified heavyweight champion, Usyk took a phone call as Joe Joyce climbed up onto the apron and staked his claim to a fight with The Gypsy King. Many were left amused by the nonchalant way that Usyk turned away and picked up the call – looking totally uninterested in what Fury had to say.

“Yes, it was about my car alarm,” Usyk told USKY17. “When the connection is lost the security service of a company where my car’s insured rings me. So, they rang, I answered them. And I noticed Fury was searching for some support around him.

“He shouted at Krassyuk more than me, and when Joyce appeared Fury seemed to feel a shoulder of his fellow to rely on. He thought they could beat me together, I suppose. So, it was very on time to have the call from the security service at that moment.

“I talk to them, my car started, and I was ready to go to the hotel. We already had face-to-face, we talked, we did everything we had to do. I got hungry, cold and tired so it was time to leave.”

Prior to the phone call, Fury had shouted in his face: "Where's Oleksandr Usyk, the rabbit?! Hey, rabbit! Usyk, you're next little b****, you're next. You are next! Me and you, sucker, next. Me and you! You're getting it, little sucker. Rabbit! P****! Look, a 15-stone little midget beat a bodybuilder. But I ain't a bodybuilder, sucker. I'm gonna write you off!"

saw an interview yesterday on Usyks own channel and he was saying that he is starting to think about spending more time with his family as his kids grow and that the last camp was 6 months for AJ which he doesnt want to keep repeating .

So it could be the Fury fight may well be the last :verysad:

Latest Fury interview was FIRE especially from 11:20 onwards. AJ and Usyk get DISSED. Fury said he makes more fighting for Undisputed (Double) compared to fighting aj who has nothing. Fury DISSES AJ hard at 14:16 mark.

YOU beeping fairy , this ain't badminton.

Boxing is about fighting the best and not defending belts against the Charles Martins, Eric Molina's and Dominic Breazeale's of this world. Joshua got smashed and humiliated by Andy Ruiz Jr in AMERICA.

Fury speaks facts - Joshua cried like a little girl in Saudi Arabia. AJ doesn't have the bottle and his team know that.

Tyson Fury = 0 losses
Anthony Joshua = 3 defeats

Next fight potentially

Tyson Fury = Undisputed against Usyk in UAE (BIG MASSIVE record payday)
Anthony Joshua = Dillian Whyte in London at an 18k arena

Record In America

Tyson Fury = 6 fights, 5 wins, 1 draw, no defeats.
Anthony Joshua = 1 fight, 1 defeat, never went back, only to train.
