I managed to get £110 on Heaney to win in play after I think the 7th or 8th. He was 3.1 at that point with Paddypower.

Bentley was awful. Just walked forward, no jab, nothing.

Heaney limited but wanted it so much. Bentley was terrible tonight.

Shit fight. Heaney wanted it more - much more, but not convinced he won.

i see no case for him not winning that.........it wasnt like bentley's work here and there was of much quality. hardly landed clean and what he did land heaney took just fine. heaney vastly outworked and outlanded him, it was quick flicky arm punch stuff but bentley didn't do the work to override that

While Healey isn't a talent, he whipped himself into tremendous shape and showed real desire, he just wanted it more.

Thats it. Defo. Desire, hunger. Bentley showed none of that.

I only saw the final 3 fights & a bit of Dacres but really enjoyed it.

Davies & Ball are great to watch. Davies has a bit of Derry Matthews about him but seems a little sturdier.

I hope Ball gets a world title fight at the Echo & that Heaney & Davies get big fights at Stoke’s ground. They all deserve it.

I’ll go out of my way to watch Ball & Davies every time, proper fighters.

Try and catch the first fight on the card mate. Really good Featherweight scrap.

Davis the the star of the show for me. Genuine talent, bad intentions and crazy gnashers combine to make him a real character.

Hats off to Heaney too for willing himself to that victory.

Wooden spoon to Dacres and the women's boxing was so devoid of skill it was embarrassing.

Didn't seem to be many in the crowd but FW happy, no doubt the Saudis have made sure he's going to have a good Christmas

Couldn’t watch much of the show live last night but now watched to mid way through the main event (my DVR cut off at 6 hours, 5 mins - I should have known to record more given it was a FW card).

Really good show.

The opener was class. I’d never seen Miller before but will happily watch him again.

The women’s fight was poor. I don’t mind good quality women’s fights but this wasn’t one,

I had Scarff winning and glad he got the decision.

Dacres was real disappointing. I remember him boxing great against Sokolowski but he seems to have little power or the ability to go through the gears. I’m not sure what Frank should do with him. Probably regrets signing him too.

Liam Davies is becoming one of my favourite fighters. Almost always entertaining yet had the ability to outbox Baluta. Another good fight though.

Ball/Dogboe was a perfect fight for Ball. Caught Dogboe at the right time. Will be interesting to see where they go with Ball next.

Really glad Heaney got the win. I didn’t think he would pre fight but he deserved it from the first half of the fight that I saw. Bentley was disappointing - seemed too relaxed and thought he’d knock Heaney out comfortably.

The atmosphere was good for the main but the camera angles didn’t help make it look busier. Top tier closed off and about 1/3 of the lower tier closed off too plus loads of empty seats.

It’s a shame there aren’t more 5-8,000 seater arenas.

Still don't understand promoters and their ticketing pricing for these events...
Heaney mentioned in an interview that tickets for this events was more than any other event he has fought at. Wouldn't it make more sense to reduce the ticket costs and get more in the arena. Am I being totally naive here ?

I had Heaney beating Bentley 115-114, good first half of the fight, great exchanges both men swinging from the rafters desperate to get the last word in, Heaney started off confident, didn't look fazed by Bentley's power, Bentley did land some clean shots though, nicked a few rounds, thought it fizzled out in the second half, a lot of close rounds hard to score, especially with my 4 year old daughter running about the living room like a lunatic, thought it lacked quality if not effort, I thought it was nip/tuck, thought Heaney deserved it but thought it was far from clear

I suspect that the people that were going were going to go at almost any price and the same for people who weren’t going.

It was biblical giving off Latino vibes, I've grew a tash a couple of times, obviously not to the standard of Nathan Heaney but my mates powered me mercilessly so I shaved it off before work on the Monday, I'll be back though

A single tash has to be a massive no no. If a tash has to be worn at all, it needs to be combined with a beard, as a minimum.

There was a time when a single tash was sported only by Police, military or raving bufties. Although still a favourite of the homosexual, the single tash has spread to traffic wardens, security guards and the Welsh

Some people think it gives them an authoritative look. To me it's more of a cry for help, or something much much worse

A month long tash for charidy is to be commended. Long term use? Not so much
