It did say something about Marius being stripped of his 3rd for failing a drugs test, but he has been competing in all the events I have seen in Eurosport - still generally the man, but not as convincing as he was 2 years ago.

Back on the wine front.
Another great little bargain.
A Puglia Primitivo from Waitrose for £3.99.
Primitivo is the original grape that is called Zinfandel in the West coast US.
This is a great example. Robust, full flavoured fod wine.
had it last night with some grilled lamb chops and puy lentils. Just the job

Margret river shiraz is nice I normally prefer the sweeter wines and ports but they make some great wine down there.
Every year me and my brother and misses go down to Margret river and stay for a few weeks, there are about 50-60 wineries and 5 brewerys and we try to visit as many as we can while we are down there but we are normally to spastic after the 5th-6th stop each day that we need to go back to the resort and recover.

I've just been to Chile. I'm no great wine drinker, and wouldn't really get Chilliian wine if I was home, but we were right beside a winery and the stuff was cheaper than a bottle of coke. Say no more.

Has a dishwater or a cleaner like taste to them though since Alcohol is also a cleaner.
Prefer Soft Drinks.

Only drink soft drinks as well. I had a problem when i was younger that 2 pints used to get me paraletic, so had to stop. Only downside is that i've still managed to develope a beer belly even though i havent drunk for 7 years ! Aint life a bitch.

Here is another interesting little one
A portugese red using trad grapes ( normally the types used in ports )
A good deal @ £4.79 a bottle.
Quite full on at 14%, but it will hold up to the tandoori chicken I have marinating in the fridge for tomorrow night
